I have a problem with SRF/YSS

No current problems

- Some users have experienced issues with signing in and being prompted to sign in multiple times.

- Highlighting may not work well for material at the bottom of the page.

- Some users have reported problems with the app not working or crashing after updating to the latest version.

- Some users have requested additional features such as multiple color highlighting and an undo highlight option.

App opens only to a white screen.

To resolve SRF/YSS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the SRF/YSS App
1. On android, goto Settings » SRF/YSS » click [Force Stop]

Clear SRF/YSS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SRF/YSS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SRF/YSS.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SRF/YSS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SRF/YSS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SRF/YSS
