I had your grin’s dental plan…. You sent me 12 cards.. 14 dental plan books ….2 different account numbers … 27 different letters then changed my Birthday with my wife’s …then you changed her birth years and we spent 19 phone calls trying to get it all straightened out…. And then after we thought it was … we received 2 more books and two new cards…. We have had enough of your crap…. We cancelled you because I’m loosing my mind and it never gets straightened out…. It’s incredibly stupid and a waist of my time and money …. And my dentist submitted an estimate 4 times and you never responded… I Quit… your fired!!! I want my money back… NOW!! Idiots!!!

I can’t access any of my info for my insurance plan so now I have to put off going to the doctor because I haven’t received my insurance card in the mail either. Website is also giving me errors. When I call the number they tell me my account is fine. Don’t understand what I’m paying for exactly? I should’ve went with Amerihealth. Last time I buy horizon. Absolute trash.

I’ve been trying to access HorizonNJMyCare but it says I need to update it. But there’s no update for it available.

You can’t log into HorizonNJMyCare anymore. It says to use Horizon Blue, which doesn’t support Horizon NJ Health (Medicaid/FamilyCare) accounts. However, you can use the new mobile website.

Can't open HorizonNJMyCare keeps saying I need to download the lastest app when I click on that it seems that the latest one is downloaded

New Jersey tells me to download the new app, but there are all kinds of problems. Can’t wait to be off this policy!!! You definitely can’t get any help by calling anyone.

I have downloaded HorizonNJMyCare multiple times but it doesn’t work. It prompts you to download the update even after you have done it and then doesn’t open.

In order to open HorizonNJMyCare , I need to download the updated Horizon Blue app - the Horizon Blue app already has been updated and HorizonNJMyCare cannot be opened.

Talk about a waste of time and a waste of space on my phone to have HorizonNJMyCare - very pointless

I’ve had HorizonNJMyCare but now all of a sudden it says it needs to be updated. When you select download it takes you to HorizonNJMyCare Store but it just gives you the option to open it, not update.

For the past two weeks I can not sign into HorizonNJMyCare . Every time I do it says I have to download the latest version. I’ve deleted HorizonNJMyCare and reinstalled it multiple times. I still can not gain access. When I try and login to the website it says my information is not available at this time. Doesn’t matter time of day either- morning, noon and night.

Until they fix this issue it’s pointless to even download HorizonNJMyCare . It loads to the main screen and advises you to download latest version to HorizonNJMyCare , once you click download, it takes you to HorizonNJMyCare Store where it doesn’t say down load, it just prompts you to open HorizonNJMyCare . Complete joke, going on 1 month trying to delete an re download to maybe get different results.
The complaints are all here developers are you ever going to do something about this?

Thinking it would be great and I can’t even get into it because it will not send me the verification code to verify my phone number! Can’t find a link or a number or anything for assistance on app issues

I’m only able to log in any browser, but I still can’t log on HorizonNJMyCare itself. It still tells me my information is not valid. My username is my email and changed password and still can’t access.

Keep giving me technical difficulties when I’m trying to put the validation code this is ridiculous. That I have to keep going through this one min I’m in the next im not your guys really needs to fix this

Lol, HorizonNJMyCare is useless.

HorizonNJMyCare has my PCP as someone who I haven’t seen in years, I’ve changed my PCP 3 times since then and HorizonNJMyCare is not allowing me to change or update the information …. Why would I want to keep this, it’s useless!

Not only is HorizonNJMyCare down 70% of the time, 90% of the provider information is outdated

App doesn’t work even after you reset password countless times it still says wrong password what a waste of time

Can you guys please UPDATE the listings for compatible doctors? It’s so insulting calling a place that HorizonNJMyCare is telling me accepts horizon NJ health but when I call the actual doctor they don’t accept it.

Tried to find a doctor on their website- doesn’t work. Saw an announcement that they now have an app, downloaded. Took forever to get through countless verification codes sent via email and txt that weren’t recognized by HorizonNJMyCare to finally log in and find out that HorizonNJMyCare like their website is garbage- doesn’t work.

Your website and app are useless, as well as when I call customer service to find a provider as they see the same information as I do. It’s impossible to find a provider unless I call them to see if they accept my insurance. My old PCP is still listed even though he stopped taking your insurance over a year ago.

The worse app ever!!! Only bc my son gets free insurance i use it otherways this stupit people that works in here sucksss

Rendering itself completely useless, anytime try to log in will tell me password is incorrect then down for technical difficulties. Third time redownloading app in hopes it will work properly.

Just registered today, try to login, try so many time ,always showing that technical error.

I wish to have multiple family ID cards I only can have one.moms need have kids ID too

I am having trouble getting into HorizonNJMyCare since the past few days please try and resolve the issue.

HorizonNJMyCare seems like an awesome tool however I was immediately disappointed when I realized I still can’t add my kids cards to my account. This would make life so much easier, instead of making an account for each child and having to go back and forth. Please update and add this feature if so I will definitely change my review to 5 stars!
