I had your grin’s dental plan…. You sent me 12 cards.. 14 dental plan books ….2 different account numbers … 27 different letters then changed my Birthday with my wife’s …then you changed her birth years and we spent 19 phone calls trying to get it all straightened out…. And then after we thought it was … we received 2 more books and two new cards…. We have had enough of your crap…. We cancelled you because I’m loosing my mind and it never gets straightened out…. It’s incredibly stupid and a waist of my time and money …. And my dentist submitted an estimate 4 times and you never responded… I Quit… your fired!!! I want my money back… NOW!! Idiots!!!

I can’t access any of my info for my insurance plan so now I have to put off going to the doctor because I haven’t received my insurance card in the mail either. Website is also giving me errors. When I call the number they tell me my account is fine. Don’t understand what I’m paying for exactly? I should’ve went with Amerihealth. Last time I buy horizon. Absolute trash.

Tried to find a doctor on their website- doesn’t work. Saw an announcement that they now have an app, downloaded. Took forever to get through countless verification codes sent via email and txt that weren’t recognized by the app to finally log in and find out that this app like their website is garbage- doesn’t work.
