Until they fix this issue it’s pointless to even download the app. It loads to the main screen and advises you to download latest version to the app, once you click download, it takes you to the App Store where it doesn’t say down load, it just prompts you to open the app. Complete joke, going on 1 month trying to delete an re download to maybe get different results.

For the past two weeks I can not sign into the app. Every time I do it says I have to download the latest version. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it multiple times. I still can not gain access. When I try and login to the website it says my information is not available at this time. Doesn’t matter time of day either- morning, noon and night.

I’ve had the app but now all of a sudden it says it needs to be updated. When you select download it takes you to the App Store but it just gives you the option to open it, not update.
