I got GlobalPassportPhotoMaker in the hope of getting the perfect passport photo. It was difficult to find somewhere with a plain white background and the software does attempt to take out the background and replace but didn’t do the job 100% and you could see that the photo had been altered around the edges. After 3 attempts and getting the photo rejected I just made a bigger effort to find a plain white background and the photo was approved for the passport
There is no option to save photo and I hade to choose background color and it done bad job then it placed a watermark till I pay I hope they don’t use my photo in a bad way
Unable to take an upload and acceptable picture
Doesn't help with printing. Not sure how people got any value from this. Removing a background is the only value.
Despite many attempts it never worked. Pics were all rejected by online US passport site.
Charged me every week, sometimes twice a week after I cancelled for two years! Do not use! Scammers and dishonest company!
The file size of the photo is too small so the online US Passport site will not allow it to be uploaded. So GlobalPassportPhotoMaker is useless for US passport online renewal.
It didn’t work I tried 10 times and the web page of United States didn’t accept it
The first few photos were fine, but after I canceled the subscription, the sizes were all messed up, but I still have five days left on my subscription.
Used GlobalPassportPhotoMaker to ensure passport photo would be accepted by US Dept. of State. It was rejected for containing too much pixelization. Took similar photo on my iPhone and uploaded it directly to passport renewal website and it was accepted with no modifications required by me. No need for GlobalPassportPhotoMaker.
I have submitted the picture and the US travel gov web site says this pictures aren’t acceptable because are modified digitally when you change the background or try to erase any shades
Forces you to purchase. Offers $6.99 weekly but the Terms & Conditions page is “not found” when I click on it. So I can’t even verify the length of time I’ll be required to pay the $6.99/week. It might be a year for all I know.
GlobalPassportPhotoMaker is just a pure scam for 1 week subscription. It doesn’t do the job. It fails cropping, it cant properly remove the background, it doesn’t do any checks whatsoever. You can upload there a photo of a dog, it removes half of it and still says photo is good and valid for your greencard
I tried many photographs, all of which meet the U.S. passport photo requirements and none of them worked. There were issues with the image files. I reported this to GlobalPassportPhotoMaker and they failed to even answer my requests for assistance. I hope others have better experiences.
Very suspicious about privacy policy and terms of use, can’t access these docs on their website. GlobalPassportPhotoMaker did a poor job at creating white background pics needed. Many retakes required, sometimes parts of shirts are whited out in error. Can’t delete pics from GlobalPassportPhotoMaker . Can’t access photos taken without an active subscription- even if you had an active subscription when the photos were taken.
I requested this to not continue to be on the week. Please refund now.
