I was looking for a free photo editing app and downloaded this one. Before you can preview your photos, PassportPhotoMakerIDBooth ask you for review at PassportPhotoMakerIDBooth Store. I thought it was a good and free app so I gave 5 stars, and of course I was asked to pay after the review and at the last step before I could save/print my photo.
