I was looking for a free photo editing app and downloaded this one. Before you can preview your photos, PassportPhotoMakerIDBooth ask you for review at PassportPhotoMakerIDBooth Store. I thought it was a good and free app so I gave 5 stars, and of course I was asked to pay after the review and at the last step before I could save/print my photo.

My US passport application photo was rejected. I took the photo with an iPhone 14 using PassportPhotoMakerIDBooth, and had them printed at Walgreens.
I thought there’s an option to let me pay $2.99 for a single use. I didn’t find it. Then I found my photo was staying on the main page of PassportPhotoMakerIDBooth. Is PassportPhotoMakerIDBooth collecting and storing our passport photos? This is scary.
