***Edited*** David worked for awhile on this and stayed in contact with us until the pictures were able to get through to our email. He emailed to check in, gave us his number to call him, offered to print them out and mail them to us. He never gave up on the process until we got them! And the pictures turned out great!

I downloaded ItsEasyPassportRenewPhoto to help us take our passport photos and we chose the option for free instant email delivery of the photo. It never came after 2 days so we sent a message to the company and they replied saying they would let the president know. He contacted us through email to clarify the problem. He said this has never happened before and to try again. Well we tried it again and it still never came. Completely useless app for us since we couldn’t even access the photo.

First, the customer service rep gave me the wrong information. I had called because I lost my passport card. She said “that’s no problem, just check the box that says you want to renew your passport only, not the passport card.” Several weeks later, when I was expecting to get my passport, I instead got a letter saying that my passport could not be renewed without the passport card. My trip was a week away. I called customer service and they had no solution. They said to go to the passport agency. I did go to the passport agency and had to start the entire process over and it was too late by that time to get a new passport. I missed a one in a lifetime 30 year college reunion trip with 10 friends and was out $1250 for the hotel. I asked It’s Easy for a refund for the $53 fee and the customer service rep said she had to talk to management and she would call be back the next day. Waited 2 weeks and no response! I called again. The customer service rep said the same thing! She could not authorize a refund without talking to management! She said she would call me back the next day. Im still waiting over a week later! So crazy! This company has no idea what they are doing and is given incorrect advice which resulted in me missing a trip and losing money. They won’t even give me a $53 refund!!! I can’t even waste my time calling them again to get the run around that they can’t authorize a refund. Terrible customer service.

My US passport was up for renewal about six months ago . I chose ItsEasy services not knowing anything about it and was completely new to me. I took a gamble because their app was easy to navigate and all the steps were easy to follow. Their charges were very acceptable considering the services they rendered and especially taking the photo ourselves instead of going to passport photo services and wait etc.,. Their responses at each step of the way till I submitted the application were awesome and I received my new passport in 5 weeks (this is the expedited service I chose) and 10 days later I received my old passport form the state dept. I similar experience with my wife’s passport renewal last month.
ALL IN ALL THIS IS AN AWESOME SERVICE. When I call on the phone about a question the people on the other end are pleasant and helpful.

The only service I used was to get photos. If this is all you need, you may be better off going to a local pharmacy, where you can get instant and dependable results for around $12. But if you want to save a few bucks, before you buy ItsEasyPassportRenewPhoto , you should be ready to (1) shoot outside, out of direct sunlight (obviously), and (2) have a Plain. Flat. White. Background at the ready--exactly that, no exceptions. (3) Take a Very Careful Look at your results. Compare them to the example photo provided. You do not want to have to do this twice. Otherwise, why didn't you go to the pharmacy in the first place?

I never completed the process because I grew frustrated, but I'm still giving their app 4 stars because, arguably, the challenges I faced were of my own making. But you should also know, their website states, "This service is provided as is, with no expressed or guaranteed warranties," so I never bothered asking for a refund.

I cannot explain how wonderful this service was. We need a passport photo for our infant son who is currently 10 weeks old. Needless to say this is not an easy task. David the CEO received the photos and we needed to do a retake. He texted me within a an hour of getting the photo and offered for me to call him for tips. I was unable to call at the moment and when I got back to him later he picked up the phone himself on a holiday weekend Saturday! I couldn’t believe it! He was so kind and helpful and gave me a way to resubmit the photos to get the best picture. He edited it on a Saturday night! I now have the most adorable and useful government compliant photos. I can’t even begin to explain how personalized and stellar this service is! I will always use ItsEasyPassportRenewPhoto from now on!

Thank you Dave for providing such a great service. ItsEasyPassportRenewPhoto is very user friendly and not only helps you complete the paperwork but your photo as well. This was the reason I chose to use a service...I didn’t want to go out during this pandemic for a passport photo! I can’t put into words how incredible David’s service was throughout. My wife and I had a daughter in the middle of the pandemic in NYC and we needed a passport for her to get back to England (where I am from) so she could receive medical attention. David provided truly phenomenal guidance and setup our documents, photographs and our emergency appointment at incredibly short notice. This service is absolutely amazing! The customer service is outstanding. We had the cliché story of my dog ate my passport which really happened LOL. The short version of a long story is the post office did not correctly fill out our paperwork for a replacement passport. David who is the owner of this company went out of his way and gave us his personal cell phone in order to help us get the passport in time. He texted us constantly to keep us updated and to give us tips on what we could do. He even spoke with the postmaster and walked her through the process to make sure the repeat paperwork was done correctly. Because of the outstanding service of this company, my daughter was able to make her trip to Costa Rica. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Hey so I had a trip in less than 48 hours and I needed my passport but I had no idea on what to do first. This service was a lifesaver. My grandmother is terminally ill and I didn’t even know where to start. David was an amazing help! I was going to Ireland last year and was concerned I would not get my passport in time(little did I know a pandemic would cancel my plans) so I decided to use ItsEasyPassportRenewPhoto because you get your passport faster than other options I found. Even when you couldn’t get a passport, I still got mine and fast. I was stymied during the corona virus trying to renew my sons passport. With a minor both parents and the child need to show up to renew. I couldn’t find anywhere to do it. The company’s representative, David, followed up with emails and phone calls coaching me through the process and got me lined up without a hitch. All while not even charging me a nickel. I haven’t had this kind of service in a VERY LONG TIME!

My passport was coming up for renewal and I wasn’t looking forward to sending it to Texas for a normal renewal which is taking 10-12 weeks now because the passport office is not fully staffed due to Covid. ItsEasy was able to get mine renewed and push through an expedite somehow so that it took only one week. I worked with them to get a cute picture, too. It was fun, and easy. I still can’t believe the quick turnaround. Very happy—and relieved!

I hired a service to expedite a visa for Saudi Arabia; this is a very complicated business visa and I had 1 week to submit and receive the visa in my passport. The service pulled out 1 day prior to my departure saying they could not meet the deadline WELL itseasy saved my entire trip! They took me and the task on and talked me through everything I needed to submit. The passport photo app was just a perk at this point. I just received my new passport and I can not believe how fast and efficient this service is! The photo guidelines are very easy to follow and your photo is reviewed before it is submitted with your application. I paid a little extra for the expedited service because I am traveling abroad next month and in total everything took about 2 weeks. I am very impressed and would recommend this service again and again.

I actually started the process last year, but the application was delayed because of the need for some certified documents rather than just copies. The remainder of the delay was purely on me - I had what they needed but life got busy. The CEO called me himself, told me what he needed and then followed through himself once he had everything. Great service and one that I will use again when it comes time to renew my husband’s passport.

Perfect App , I didn’t follow the intructionof taking the passport photo and I took it the wrong way and it was rejected. I received a call from Emily and I was able to take multiple photos at no charge at all and it gave ItsEasy the opportunity to pick the best photo to be accepted by the state department.

It was really simple! I took my picture on ItsEasyPassportRenewPhoto , filled out my paperwork, mailed my passport and paperwork with the shipping label provided and got my passport back very quickly! I would totally use them again, and really appreciate the speed they provided with the passport renewal process. They are legit and I trust them with my documents.

It may cost a little more than going to a local drug store for a photo and then going to a post office that handles passports and filling out documents there, etc, but it is so worth it to be able to do it all right from home. And their help desk actually answers phone calls. I highly recommend it.

app is pretty cool i tried taking a picture and i had to use the camera. my camera is broken so i couldn’t use app. my sister on the other hand had trouble finding the camera feature. other than that fun app.
