I paid for the product, made a few investments based on this app’s recommendations and lost a few thousand dollars based on the recommendations. I fully understand the market has been volatile the past year but not a single one of this app’s recommendations I took were profitable, I actually lost money on every single recommendation.

I was not planning on submitting a negative review but this app auto charged me for the next year which of course I’m not interested in anymore. Requested to speak with customer service for a refund of the newly charged membership and was told it won’t be happening. Currently in an email exchange with their customer service to seek a resolution but at this point in time I’m pretty severely dissatisfied.

I signed up and took a free trial and they charged me for a year before my free trial was up. I had canceled shortly after signing up because they endlessly push notifications at you, with information of zero value. By law, you should be able to cancel as easily as you sign up, at least here in California where I live, which means I should be able to go into Moby Without any intervention instead you have to look for a contact us email and email them and then they try to talk you out of canceling and want you to give reasons this is also against the law in California. This is a bad app and a scammy company.

I signed up yesterday on their website, created credentials, and paid the annual fee. They actually do not even have a web portal and redirect to download an app. I did this and Moby doesn’t recognize my credentials.

I have contacted them twice now with no response but they did charge my card.

I started a 2 week free trial and I liked Moby so I let it start a premium subscription. I was billed for the whole year and then when I went to log in Moby doesn’t recognize any email that I have including the Apple ID I used in the first place. I emailed support and got nothing back. It’s a shame because I like Moby but now I’m just out $200. There doesn’t seem to be any support team at this app

They fight tooth and nail (in an accusatory way) to keep your money for a membership that’s not even worth it. They don’t notify you upon auto renewal and will not refund you. I’ve referred people who tried membership with the 30 day guarantee and they refuse to honor that too when they didn’t like it either.
As far as Moby content? Just go on google or download something for free. Same stuff.

This company has horrible business ethics. They lure you with the $99 special. They raise the price to $199 and don’t send you a notification, and they charge for the renewal without sending an email. I had to find out from my credit card statement. I tried to cancel but they rudely refused. It’s a business model built on fooling unhappy customers. Don’t install Moby. I am filing charges with the Better Business Bureau. Stay away. They invest in latest tech but won’t bother with decent customer services or satisfaction. Shame on you this app.

I’ve joined this app to try it out for their trial promotion. Its been 2 years I still can’t cancel the dang subscription. Unfortunately they don’t reply to any sort of communication. My card keeps getting charged every year. I’ll be changing my card unfortunately so these scammers can’t get anymore of my money. I just hoped to be able to talk to someone and cancel my account but no luck. App itself is pretty useless as well tbh, there is nothing you can’t find on any other finance apps or websites.

Stay away from this app and keep your money

Their reviews are paid for or fake, no one in their right mind could recommend Moby or this company unless it’s for shorting whatever they recommend. I gave them a shot in 2022 for their overpriced service.

Each stock or crypto they have reviewed are absolutely wrecked. They recommended tech stocks + portfolios mix’s at all time highs and crypto projects that are near extinct.

But horrible investment research aside, what prompted this review is that you will never be free of their mailing list. I unsubbed 3x and even had Justin Kramer their ceo reply back apologizing just to resub me in 30 days.

Individually run stock information app. Whoever runs Moby and the instagram page masks poor due diligence in pretty graphics. Besides the fact that there are quite a few reviews showing that they’ve lost money based on the recommendations provided, the whole app and people behind it are just highly unprofessional. After sharing my disappointment at some of the content they peddled I was blocked from the instagram page. Extremely childish and horrible that they provide recommendations with nothing to back it up. 1/5

I subscribed to this product under one of their $99 deals with the assurance that I could cancel my subscription for a full refund within 30 days. The content was not what I had hoped for so I decided to cancel. Firstly, you cannot cancel through Moby or the website, you have to email customer support. They responded that they would cancel my subscription and issue a full refund. I followed up THREE times by email about my refund and have yet to receive it. That was 6 weeks ago. This product was not only a complete disappointment from a content perspective, but a scam. Do not recommend.

It’s not so bad but they don’t give weekly earnings on company’s and they could have done more with Moby like with graphs and stuff if we are paying.

Moby provides a lot of quality information. It also references addition streams of info from news outlets, for which you need additional subscriptions, but that is not necessary and Movy’s own journalists do an entertaining job of being relevant news to you.

Best investing platform I’ve used hands down. I’ve been a member since their original website and Instagram page so I’m finally happy to see this app on Moby Store.

Everything is easy to find and the ability to stream their content on my TV is huge. Highly recommend

I signed up with this app less than 3 weeks ago. I like getting the stock recommendations and the explanations why they chose the stock. Reading the content on Moby is a morning ritual and teaches me more about investing. It’s clearly better than another service I subscribed to in the past.

Moby is unreal and has helped me stay on top of all my investing needs. I’ve tried so many other apps and they all overpromise but Moby truly is in a league of its own. Couldn’t recommend it anymore. It’s so simple to use and just feels like it was built for me.

Moby has produced positive results for me in my trading. Some buys have increased faster, some slower, but their analytics have proved positive.

The news presented is clear and unbiased. The topics vary from AI and various sector news, to politician buys. They truly draws a bottom line.

I cannot emphasize enough how much Moby has helped me understand the markets and allow me to gain from the info provided.

this app has helped me get a better understanding, in a tone that makes sense to me, of the financial world. Also helps that they crush it on stock picks !

Moby helps me with all of my investing needs and more! It’s my one stop shop for anything finance and I’m excited for all the new features.

I wish I had Moby 10 years ago. Premium paid for itself in a week.
