How to fix TBR app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TBR app on iPhone
Update TBR app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TBR iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TBR on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TBR network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TBR Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TBR not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TBR App
1. On android, goto Settings » TBR » click [Force Stop]

Update TBR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TBR App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TBR » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TBR.

Fix TBR unable to contact server/ TBR internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TBR » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TBR » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TBR
