Every time I try to log in it says that it doesn't recognize my email or password. I know I am in the system because when I try to change the password it knows to send the code to my cell phone. When I add the verification code and new password and the submit button is gray and it won't do anything. I have tried on my cell phone app and computer.

Keeps getting mandatory update then it crashes and I get an error saying web page is not available. Been trying for almost a week to put money on my kids lynch account and pay school fees.
