How to fix Kiwi app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Kiwi app on iPhone
Update Kiwi app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Kiwi iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Kiwi on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Kiwi network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Kiwi Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Kiwi not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Kiwi App
1. On android, goto Settings » Kiwi » click [Force Stop]

Update Kiwi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Kiwi App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Kiwi » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Kiwi.

Fix Kiwi unable to contact server/ Kiwi internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Kiwi » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Kiwi » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Kiwi
