My BET+ keep freezing and breaking up

I have a bet. Plus, account through Hulu. The payment for my account was posted on 7/22/2024 for $10.99. I have not been able to access my account on any of my Hulu devices since that day. It keeps given me an error code saying there is an issue with your subscription payment. When I connected Roku to resolve the issue that said I need to contact bet.plus. I need someone to help my resolve it issue. I can login in on my phone, but not on any of my devices connected to Hula.

I've done every work through you have suggested and I still can't play bet but I'm paying full price for it but I can't watch it on my TV I'm really getting angry

Just started the free trial with the $5.99 plan and once logged in, shows I click on to watch, won't start and gives the message "Sorry, this video is no longer available due to date or rights restrictions." What is the issue? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothings helping. What will hel this issue?

I have Roku and i am paying for Bet+ but i cant stream season 4 of the Oval or season 5 of Sistas . When i try to get those shows it takes tells i need a tv provider i have wifi through T-Mobile. Is that not a tv provider. I just want to watch my shows since i am paying for them. Thank you.

Every since I've had bet + it has been buffering none stop. It's downloaded on my kodi firestick. It's the only channel that does that.

The app will not allow me to watch season2, episode 10 of All the queens men. It skips to the end and starts another series.

The app buffers a lot. Sometimes it will say, sorry this video is not available.

Cancelling because I can't every watch anything from beginning to end. Spinning/error message/freezes and couple of times the app disappeared and had to reinstall/setup. They need to issue refunds/credits for these problems. Don't have problems with other streaming apps so bye BET+ until you get your app working.

I have the same problem that everybody has with this app. Shows keep stopping and freezing or app doesn't work at all. I rarely get to watch yet I'm paying. Clearly a lot of people have complained about the same problem can y'all fix the app once and for all

Constant spinning, no matter what I try to watch

Paying for a App that works 20% of the time. Same problem just spins then gives an error message. How can this problem be fixed once and for all. I have 6 other streaming apps and only this one is not working. Like other comments not worth the money.

Why can’t I watch the BET plus I did a 7 day trial then after the trial it took 9.99 when I log in it says I have to subscribe if you already took my 9.99 it renews on July 10 so why can’t I watch

I am having trouble watching all programs on BET+! All shows are buffering and when finally shows voices are not matching up to scene; quite frustrating. My monthly fee is deducted faithfully and I expect to be able to view my programs faithfully. Fix this problem!!!

I can not get any of the updated shows like Sistas Season 4 Eposide 13. I know it aired June 1st. The channel keeps buffering. This is so annoying to be paying for something I can see.
