I love Gravity Coffee, and have been such a fan of their drinks and style. But GravityCoffeeApp is an absolute mess. Constantly down, and not just down for a small period of time. We’re talking days two weeks. we pay for the gravity club through subscription and we can’t even access our benefits and to order a drink. For the longest time, you couldn’t even login due to text verification. Then, when it magically started working again, I couldn’t order a drink because of software errors. This is the third time GravityCoffeeApp has gone down in the past 12 months.
And you can tell that there is zero communication within the company because every time I try to talk to the barista, none of them have any idea, and they just keep referring me to corporate office, who also is completely nonresponsive. it’s obvious it’s not the baristas fault, but at some point some transparency about GravityCoffeeApp needs to be made.
If Another major coffee retailer had even a fraction of issues with their app, the world would go wild and in would be fixed. It’s crazy because you can see such a disconnect on their social media when they announce new stores and different states but hello, can’t order drinks from their app because it’s down…yet again.
Seems like GravityCoffeeApp is working again as of today, but you couldn’t paint me shocked if it went down again for yet another few to several weeks.
