I love Gravity Coffee, and have been such a fan of their drinks and style. But this app is an absolute mess. Constantly down, and not just down for a small period of time. We’re talking days two weeks. we pay for the gravity club through subscription and we can’t even access our benefits and to order a drink. For the longest time, you couldn’t even login due to text verification. Then, when it magically started working again, I couldn’t order a drink because of software errors. This is the third time this app has gone down in the past 12 months.
And you can tell that there is zero communication within the company because every time I try to talk to the barista, none of them have any idea, and they just keep referring me to corporate office, who also is completely nonresponsive. it’s obvious it’s not the baristas fault, but at some point some transparency about this app needs to be made.
If Another major coffee retailer had even a fraction of issues with their app, the world would go wild and in would be fixed. It’s crazy because you can see such a disconnect on their social media when they announce new stores and different states but hello, can’t order drinks from their app because it’s down…yet again.
Seems like the app is working again as of today, but you couldn’t paint me shocked if it went down again for yet another few to several weeks.

I didn’t have to many annoyances with the app at first other than a few semi minor issues, like if you try and customize a premade drink the customize button was hidden under the size options not allowing you to click it. But more recently I’ve had two instances of just not being able to access the app. A few months ago it simply would just not let me verify my account. Eventually it started to work again but more recently anytime I try and do anything inside of the app I’m greeted with a message telling me to contact the technical team, (which has never responded to any of my emails or calls) this wouldn’t be an issue normally I’d just delete the app and continue to order my drinks in person, but I’m still getting charged $10 a month for an app I can’t even get into to cancel my subscription, and there is no other way I have found to cancel my subscription other than through the app.

This app is incredibly inconsistent and very difficult to connect with someone when it’s not working. I’ve been working with someone through IG as I haven’t been able to log on for 3 months. I receive a nifty notice to contact tech support - where does one do that? Contact information should be linked on the app. Without being able to log in I can’t cancel my subscription that I’ve been charged for but unable to use. I tried going on the website but of course the area I need to access is covered by the “order online” banner (at least on mobile). By the time I get home I’m not thinking about logging onto my laptop. It also shouldn’t be that difficult.
Btw, this inability to log on has happened a lot before but never for this long of a stretch. And yes, I’ve deleted the app and redownload multiple times (which worked before - again, shouldn’t have to, though).
