Loved scheduling my next appointment via Vitalant . It’s a lot more simple than doing it through the website! I also like seeing the history of my donations and the health results from previous donations. Hopefully they work on an easier way to check-in and save the login info in Vitalant . Other than that, Vitalant is great!

Love the overall interface of the application. Booking an appointment is made truly easy. Love the icons placement. Just makes sense. Really excited about what this app has to offer within Vitalant. LOVE IT!!!!!

Vitalant is awful. It refused to link to my existing account. Once I created a new account, it wouldn’t even lost my local blood donation center. What is the point? Don’t offer an app to the public if it isn’t going to work. It is so frustrating to have to keep using the browser website when it is outdated looking. FYI Red Cross has a nice accessible app for donors, so it can definitely be done well.

Vitalant is so easy to use. Logged in and scheduled an appointment and was able to see all my previous donation history.

Would love to use, but it’s not usable. Crashes upon log in on my iPhone12 and up to date software. Restarted phone, still crashes. Uninstalled, restarted, reinstalled, still crashes. Waste of time.
