New app will not allow touch access to TOS. Cannot go any further than that when trying to use.

Well I tried downloading Lendmark again after two days and now Lendmark warning come on at all you can press the icon for a little circle turns two times and goes blank this particular review was going to ask me to put a star up for it but in my mind just doesn’t get any stars and I won’t go in to the minus so I have to select one star but this is awful for a business that like this this is the worst app in the history of mankind!

I was able to log in to my online account perfectly fine. No issues
1. Click Create Account
2. Account number can be found on your contract
3. When accepting terms you have to click the link first and then go back and click the box

Thank you this app for providing this tool, it was quick and easy to download and set up my account access. Look forward to the time it will save and the convenience it will create.

Your new app is horrible! I’m trying to make a payment and I’m getting errors trying to save the new payment. When I choose single use, I get a connection error. The old app was better and it didn’t charge a fee. On the website it says “ACH” may charge a fee, no they “will” charge a fee. It’s bad enough that I’m paying a 25% interest rate with no end in site and I have to pay a fee for manually making a payment!!!!

When I first downloaded Lendmark last year it worked with ease, it honestly has given me more lag times and doesn’t load AFTER this last “bug fix”. I haven’t been able to open the actual app for like 2 months now. I click on Lendmark and it just loads forever without ever opening anything. Not even to the login page. Very upsetting.

Bumpy start, but app is now fantastic. this app has always been great for me and my family. Now being able to make payments see loan history and manage my account is fantastic!

To those complaining about not being able to tap the checkbox the instructions clearly state to click the link first before the checkbox will be active.

Since the new app launched I was kicked out and have never been able to log back in. There is no support option to get help either. I called the branch and they said there was a support option. I’ve checked on Lendmark and the website and I don’t see anything. Please bring the old app back. That one was just fine.

The products and service from this app are fantastic! App was easy to download. Works great and save me time. Instant access to my accounts and payment process is fast and easy.

App works perfectly fine for me. You have to reset your password in the email that this app sent out. People need to learn how to read.

Why did you get rid of the other app? At least it worked. New one won’t let me create an account. It gets all the way to the final screen and after hitting “create account” it just shows it thinking, then does nothing; like I never pushed continue. Garbage. I guess I’ll have to call and make my payment over the phone.

So I’m able to login every time now with no issue but my payment doesn’t wanna process on Lendmark keeps saying error and to top it off it wants me to pay a extra fee of 1.56
Ended up making a quick payment on the website and it doesn’t charge me for it ¿?
And Yeahhhh im gonna complain about a dollar more 🙄🤣🥲

Lendmark is horrible. Each time I try to sign in it tells me my log on info is incorrect which it is not. Each time I have to reset my password. This is ridiculous. Get your crap together. You expect us to pay our payment on time, get a better way to do so. Lendmark is unreliable.

Great app and well made. Seems like most of the negative reviews are about login issues that have been resolved.

It will not let me select the terms and conditions box but will not move forward. I cannot get into my account to move forward. I have been checking for an update to correct this issue so I can manage my account.

App doesn’t even remember your login information and forces you to enter it every time. Very clunky and feels like it was developed back in 2010. Someone in IT needs to look at other apps like Discover or Amex and copy what they did. No need to reinvent the wheel.

You can’t log in, keeps kicking you out, and freezes trying to log in. The old app was easy and quick. Now you can’t even use the new app. Why have one if you can’t use it. So much for customer service, don’t waste your time with this

Lendmark does nothing, besides adding convenience to paying your loan off. There’s no information given, including the payoff amount. Awful app, but it beats calling the business location everytime, because they’re also pretty terrible.

I thought the old app was junk. At least with the old one, I was actually able to sign in. How does a company make as much money as they do and can’t afford to hire a decent app developer?
Always something messed up when it comes to this app.

Like everyone else…..Followed your instructions and now app will not recognize my sign in!! Superior job in making sure your “New” app works before making everyone switch! Don’t blame us when payments are late

App won’t let you save card number due to “error occurred”, and when I do a single use there is always a connection error. Have not been able to make a payment through it yet. App has no purpose at this point.
