I’ve order a few things through ShopSimon as well as its sister apps (Gilt and Rue la la) and each time the shipping experience has been beyond dreadful. Why can’t the shipping process be more efficient and delivery time frames, at least occasionally, are accurate. Why can other sites like 6pm, Zappos, Bonobos, Chewy, etc all can fulfill items efficiently, promptly and accurately. All without utilizing the cheapest shipping methods (like surepost). Figure out why others can do it!!!!

As to customer service. Even after the frustration of a bot not comprehending the issue, the solution is email. I explain in detail the shipping issue and again they don’t understand and just link me to tracking. Do they not think I already did that?? I follow up that if they dig into the tracking on their own, they will see that the package showed zero movement in a week yet was going to be delivered on x day. That requires a cross country delivery in an hour. The blame can only be on the shipping company so many times before SPO should think that maybe the shipping company is inept or their is a flaw in SPO’s shipping process as other online retailers can somehow not have this issue repeated in a regular basis.

Does Simon corporate just not care about customer satisfaction. I would hope not. But the evidence would seem to point to the former.

I love ShopSimon. I shopped weekly on ShopSimon . However, since an app update 4 days ago, my app won’t open or load. I have lost deals, sales, and items in my cart due to this glitch that has been going on for four days now. Very disappointing. :(

Want an app that offers PayPal options that you can’t use..? then this is ShopSimon for you…
Why offer PayPal as an option but have to go outside ShopSimon for PayPal to work..?

Do not download this. ShopSimon is garbage with images not loading and integrations that don’t work. Extremely awful app similar to abercrombies awful app.

This company is garbage. They aggressively bought every mall and started an e-commerce for second hand items. Try to get customer service to help you? Impossible.

Try to return an item for their fault? No service. And you pay for returns.

Do not support this shill company running hard promotions to boost their trash app and help the sinking ship of their brick and mortar stores.

App keep crashing and doesn’t load at all

Basically unusable.

Can’t use search. Filters don’t work. Can’t pick categories.

Literally pointless.

They claim they sell products from Outle Malls, yet they ship stuff from other stores including Macys Backstage.
When returning products, not only they charged me for the return shipping, but also they DOUBLED the charge for no reason!!!!

I am not able to receive any tracking notifications or some information about my order. I was scard cs I can’t cancel the ord even though I js paid for it like 1 hours before but I can’t cancel the order I tried searching but I couldn't find anything. NEED HELP 😭😭😭😭😭😭

It doesn’t let me buy in ShopSimon , it always says “sorry, something went wrong “ even after deleting and reinstalling ShopSimon several times.

I placed a $1,500 order which contained many items. 2 of the items were missing from the order (equaling $80) before tax. They refused to give me a replacement or a refund for the missing items and pretty much said they weren’t going to do any thing to resolve it. They said they got word from the store that they shipped the correct amount of items. So when I asked them to file a claim with the carrier since they were missing from the shipment, they refused. This place is essentially a middle man rather than just ordering from the stores directly. I don’t recommend using ShopSimon. They will steal your money.

Ordered an item and paid for express shipping. The package is held up at the FedEx facility and the bots can’t help get it moving. Sent them several request and they just say to watch my tracking info for delivery. Delivery has now been delayed for 3 days. FedEx won’t deliver unless Premium outlets contacts them with my unit number!! No one is responding from PO today.
Never ever again! Didn’t save anything by using them!

I’ve used ShopSimon before, but not I try and reset my password and it keeps sending me the link, then I do a new password and it won’t let me sign-in. I tried closing and opening ShopSimon and the website, etc. nothing is working.

Love ShopSimon , but recently have not been able to open ShopSimon to shop every time I try ShopSimon just closes or shuts down.

It has happed several times now where I received an email saying item has “shipped”. Exact language copied from email: One item in your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status.
However, there is no tracking provided in the email, and no tracking listed for the order when I logged into ShopSimon and checked status. Even several days after receiving the email.

This is really annoying and forces the customer to waste time chasing down a tracking number. Please figure out a way to automate providing tracking numbers for orders.

At the bare minimum, emails should not be sent out stating something is “shipped” with instructions to track shipment with NO tracking number provided.

You can only be logged into 1 device at a time. If you’re using another device, you’ll need to login, but that logs you out of the other device. Not mobile.

Time to optimize the experience on iPad please. iPhone version is not good enough

A error happened those days with ShopSimon , I cannot reload it.

Can’t cancel orders once you place them, which is annoying. Overall, a nice selection and good deals.

I love shopping at outlet malls, but there isn’t one near my house. ShopSimon is a great way to shop from the brand outlets online. Great deals, and it’s nice to know everything is legit.

Absolutely love ShopSimon! 😍 It has an incredible selection of my favorite brands and the lowest prices. 🛍️ I’ve never looked better and neither has my closet! All without having to drive a couple hours to the outlet mall.

I’ve been using ShopSimon for a few months now and have scored some fantastic gifts at great low prices. Everything I have ordered has shipped promptly and arrived quickly. I love the selection of items and all the discounts they offer. I have got some great deals without driving to the outlets - the closest one is over an hour from me. I am surprised by the negative reviews and hope the developers have resolved them. I personally am really enjoying shopping on ShopSimon.

I always check reviews before I order from an online company, but I failed to do that when I excited to find a pair of shoes that I had been looking for. I didn’t think to check the reviews until after I had placed the order. Most of the reviews were not favorable. Of course, my stomach began to churn, thinking I had made a mistake by ordering. However, the shoes are beautiful and they came in a very timely manner. I had email notifications with tracking information along the way. I had a great experience and will continue to order from SPO. Hopefully, the previous experiences with people have been resolved.
