Was going to use for my trip to Seattle but app won’t even open I just get to sit at a white screen.

Horrible app. Waste of time to book reservations. It will never happen in a mobile app

I bought Chicago city passes on their website. After checking out, I learned they have an app to manage the city passes. When I got MyCityPASS and went through the link passes flow, I ended up in the mobile Safari app instead of their app. Looks like their app isn’t setup correctly to handle universal links. It’s a shame that I can’t use their app’s flagship feature

My new tickets don’t appear in My Purchase.

Like other mentioned, MyCityPASS won’t connect to the ticket bought. Why they put out this garbage to waste people’s time? Apple should ban MyCityPASS.

I cannot even access my account in MyCityPASS to add my tickets! I resent the link to connect my email 8 times and uninstalled MyCityPASS 3 times. And I still cannot access my tickets on MyCityPASS . A complete waste of time.

MyCityPASS will not link to my email. I have about 20 “verification emails” and click the link but it routes you directly to safari, with no way to open MyCityPASS . Seems like this is very common feedback and gas yet yo be resolved. I even tried deleting MyCityPASS and still had no luck.

MyCityPASS is sending me location based notifications. Go to the zoo near by! I’m done with my city pass so I tried to turn that off. MyCityPASS doesn’t show up in iPhone notification manager. It doesn’t show up in general settings. It doesn’t show up in location sharing settings. I can’t turn it off in app. So I deleted MyCityPASS but I’m still getting notifications!

The single worst email verification system I have ever seen. Sinful, abominable, atrocious. You should all be ashamed.

What a scam! Did not receive the 5 passes I ordered. Tried to contact customer service… what a joke! Could not speak to anyone. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau after I contact my credit card.

In order to get MyCityPASS I had to write my information 3 times and reset it. After that I had to reset it again as it would not take the reservation. It was not Internet issues as I have two Internet sources and my phone has sufficient memory space. Also a high processing power.

Purchasing the ticket is simple.

Linking the ticket does not work in MyCityPASS . The verification email includes a website that works if you open it in a browser. However, a link stating “open in app” and the ability to make a reservation in MyCityPASS would be user friendly.

Too hard to get your money’s worth out of it. Better to just buy your tickets separately. If you don’t use all it’s more expensive than just buying when you go on the museum website. I miss counted the days and missed out on two entrance fees

Like others, I am stuck in the endless loop of going into MyCityPASS , “verifying” my email, going to email to verify, then being directed to Safari instead of app. So the actually app is literally unusable for me. I like the whole system with being able to get discounts on tickets, I just wish I didn’t have to use a browser to access those tickets when an app is supposedly available. I will be deleting MyCityPASS now.

I like CityPASS. It offered a good value. But, when I needed to use the pass, MyCityPASS was unavailable for 2 hours. The screen was just white. I reset my phone. Connected to wifi. Nothing seemed to work. You should take screenshots of your tickets to ensure you can use them in case MyCityPASS is down like it was for me.

I like how the pricing works and that you can reserve straight from the website or you can reserve using city pass. But what I don’t like is linking my ticket every time I want to make a new reservation I have to delete MyCityPASS to re-link my tickets properly, which is very annoying

Though the experience of entering all the 19 digit codes is ridiculous. Take a look at the Sea Aquarium they had our info already!!

Im not completely phone savvy, but I have the CityPASS app open, email open, and still the internet browser to book the tickets. Not completely inconvenient, but just takes some getting used to. Worth it for the money saved though!

Incredibly easy to use. One ticket we were unable to use with our group & it allowed my husband to go with his family from out of town & us to go later in the week. I wish I had an option to extend those last few tickets beyond our 9 days, but over all very pleased with our purchase.

Everytime i go to a city i check for the city pass its soo great for familys really savea us money and we have things to do and see

I really like the security the CityPass provides. I don’t travel a lot, so knowing I have reservations tucked away in MyCityPASS feels great. Plus the savings afforded by the CityPass really helps. CityPass Rocks!

I was reticent at first because the deal looked too good and I was suspicious. Making reservations would be difficult, but I bet the bullet in Chicago and everything went perfect. Try it again in Seattle and same experience. I won’t visit another city without getting this.

They make it so easy to see multiple sites, even ones that require a prior reservation. They provide all the information you need for every attraction and place you want to visit.

Developer takes reviews into account and tries to implement updates to improve the experience. Previously I had rated this a one and left feedback. They fixed everything that I had issues with.

This is an awesome way to see the city. With this pass you hit almost every main attraction. Totally worth the price. I’ve used city pass on 3 separate vacations. LOVE IT - great value.

The CityPASS app is very helpful and you get tickets at discount prices. I would highly recommend getting your tickets through MyCityPASS it’s cheaper and explain in details what all you need before visiting your destinations. 5/5 keep it up CityPASS.

This is an excellent way to move about the city with tickets for major attractions , time saving and cost effective.

I have used citypass in NYC before MyCityPASS and now again with it. I like the ability to reserve the entry times in advance for my people. No fuss or surprises. Best way to see New York IMO!

MyCityPASS is good for what it does, the CityPASS program is very helpful for my solo travel plans to some of the cities listed. Although some items are packaged weirdly, I make due with what I got.
