I love shopping at Big Lots and think they have great prices and products. However this app is not good at all. It is very glitchy in loading the correct screens. Then when you try looking browsing through the app you are hit with pop up’s constantly. You have to wait 5 seconds before you can close them out. I was trying to build my order and ended up canceling everything because it became too frustrating to shop. They also have adds at the bottom of the screen asking you to download. Save your time and just shop in person, don’t use this app until they fix this major issue.

It seems like a joke. You are CONSTANTLY bombarded with adds, in less than a minute from that last add a new add pops up which you’re forced to watch at least 6 seconds of in order to manually exit, just to get back to the very glitchy page you were trying to navigate. Apparently the store doesn’t make enough money and their forced to receive profits this way. I have no idea how to make a payment on my credit card through this app, certainly nothing made easy. Of course you can add a payment option all while dodging the pop-ups. Don’t bother frustrating yourself with it

This is not an App at all, it’s a worse way to experience their webpage. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my phone, why did it keep glitching out and showing some random ad with no way to get out of it other than to close the app down and start again but then I’d have to log in again. I thought the beauty of having a store’s app would keep me logged in and make it easier to do business with them rather than a tornado of frustrations with ads and nothing improved over basic website experience. Here are just a few suggestions for BigLots App to offer: 1. Keep me logged in 2. Manage my purchases easily & keep track of rewards progress 3. Store my receipts electronically 4. Make my shopping experience generally better 5. Electronic wallet storing everything from my BigLots gift cards as well as my rewards earned and membership card.
