PrismHREmployeePortal is absolutely trash you have to log in every single time you use PrismHREmployeePortal but once you log in close PrismHREmployeePortal then go to log in again you have to create a new password but the password can’t be any of the last 5 passwords so get ready to have 6 different passwords and have to change it every other time you use PrismHREmployeePortal then get ready for the random lock outs after you reset the password yes PrismHREmployeePortal will make you change your password then proceed to lock you out your account PrismHREmployeePortal is more frustrating than it is helpful so do yourself a favor and don’t download or use PrismHREmployeePortal it’s crap

You have to log in to your account every single punch. so that’s 4x a work day. there’s no face ID so it’s time consuming to clock in. I don’t understand the options for start meal, start break. just clock in and clock out.

Never had an issue until recently. Will not show paystubs for the last month.

PrismHREmployeePortal has been glitching a lot lately and currently it’s taking so long to load it still hasn’t even loaded up yet

PrismHREmployeePortal is outdated and not very well made. It also shows wrong information and never responded to any service requests.

No auto login? WhTs the difference between PrismHREmployeePortal and just opening the website? More convenient to use the website and you can have faceid

This is not an app. I’m actually disappointed Apple allows these still. If PrismHREmployeePortal doesn’t offer anything the website can’t do then it shouldn’t exist. This literally just opens the website…

I hate it. It’s very inconvenient to have to log in each and every time. No face recognition, no way to save even my user name. Nothing. And it’s super glitchy. Sometimes you can log in and sometimes you can’t.

Why can’t I access my app? Complete blank screen. Why would an employer use this knowing they have horrible ratings?

All bots no people to help you out at all. Blame any problems your having to your company and expect them to take of you 100% resetting your email or password is impossible. Done it over 20xs and says sent but never sends email to reset anything at all. Dont waist your time with this load of garbage

I don’t think I have ever written a review however PrismHREmployeePortal needs one. First of all you can only download half the files you really need because you are not prompted for how to save the rest of them. Second of all a lot of pages have the button you need to press tucked safely outside of the screen! I think PrismHREmployeePortal needs an update quick.

Trying to use the “app” to enter time sheets via ‘time clock’ is worse than not having an app at all. Using the default browser on my mobile device is less painful than PrismHREmployeePortal (still painful, but not as bad). Trying to enter time inside PrismHREmployeePortal is an requires constant zooming in and out and moving the screen around. Embarrassingly bad.

PrismHREmployeePortal and the company whose service it allows you to access are both so frustrating to use.

You have to sign in every time you go to use PrismHREmployeePortal . If you forget your password and try to reset it without a phone number approved through the account already, you receive an email to the linked email at the earliest 45 minutes after requesting the reset link.

Just infuriating to engage with at every turn.

It should be illegal to make employees for companies use anything but the most up to date apps secured and updated on a consistent basis. Even video games are updated more and they don’t require personal information. PrismHREmployeePortal is the biggest joke I’ve seen tied with their employee clock in app that just redirects you to a website. Why should any of us trust you know a single thing about tech when you don’t even update your apps? Refuse to use if you are able to.

When attempting to save PDF documents that are accessed, such as statements of benefits, the PDF that is actually saved is a cut-off version of the web page.

A number of things about PrismHREmployeePortal are pretty bad, and such requires many improvements, the saving of PDF documents is just one thing.

I often have to quit PrismHREmployeePortal because it gets stuck in a display that I can’t navigate out of. There are a lot of ways to get stuck like that.

This is the most god-awful app I’ve ever had use in my life

I was very excited for this because I was tired of having to go to the website on my phone but it’s pretty much just a link to the website unfortunately hopefully an update will come

PrismHREmployeePortal doesn’t save login credentials. Always have to manually type them In. When using it daily to clock in and out. The login credentials would save time.
