The site doesn't work, I was able to register but I can't access my account and so I can't watch anything, but the money is constantly deducted from my card, so I want to unsubscribe from the site.

The site loads very slowly and works until I click on a show/movie and then it buffers for 2-4 minutes and loads to not be able to play it or I get the Cloudflare 524/502 error

How to fix FMovies app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FMovies app on iPhone
Update FMovies app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FMovies iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FMovies on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FMovies network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FMovies Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FMovies not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FMovies App
1. On android, goto Settings » FMovies » click [Force Stop]

Update FMovies to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FMovies App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FMovies » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FMovies.

Fix FMovies unable to contact server/ FMovies internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FMovies » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FMovies » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FMovies
