I tried Foodi for the first time. I was initially interested in Foodi because of its enticing offers and other features. However, it disappointed me greatly due to its poor loading times. I had to wait a long time for the interface to load, especially when searching for restaurants, which was absolutely annoying.

I would like to request the management to resolve this issue as soon as possible. As a new entrant in the food delivery business, it's crucial to be more cautious about the services offered.

I believe Foodie will perform better after addressing these issues and will have a significant impact on this business. Best of luck!

They are always late . The prices are more expensive than other apps they don’t deliver from some places overall the worst delivery app in Bangladesh

Feels like Foodi was launched way too early in the development phase. Nothing works. I couldn't even order food because I couldn't complete my user registration. Everything loads awfully slow and it's just unusable. Uninstalled.

As of version 7.1.2 Major issues while performing digital payment.

Trying payment through Bkash, gets stuck at “Enter Pin” with a loading sign.

Logs Out of account entirely account when tried to pay via Nagad. For the above bugs, it’s kind of impossible to use Foodi at the moment. I had to use the alternatives.

Expecting Bkash integration like the other food delivery services in the country to avoid the enter pin page.

I want to shift from the foreign apps to the ones that our country provides. Unfortunately it’s not ready yet.

Worst customer service. All they did was apologize for the missing item. The restaurant asked for a ridiculous arrangement for their own fault. I have never seen an app with such bad UX. They kind of intentionally hid their help center which is really weird. Never order from them. Total scam!

Here, the food price is higher than the actual price in the shop. They added extra amount.

I ordered food at 1:22 pm. Now its 2:27pm. Now app is showing 20-22 minutes. I just ordered 2 burgers. The shop is like 10 minutes walking distance from my office. Worst experience in my life. Worst app for food delivery.

They took 2 hours to deliver the food and also there is no order reporting option out there very poor service not recommended

One of the disgusting and unprofessional App , I ordered the food at 1:50 pm it’s now 3:10 pm and till now no food , I try to complain but they don’t have any customer care support system…. Very very upset with the service….😡😡👎👎

Foodi is literally scamming people…I once ordered a 12 inch naga pizza that had only chicken as toppings which was 720 tk,then i added extra chicken,sausage,mushrooms and with all that it costed around 1100 tk…But the pizza they gave me had no add ons I paid for and it was the regular 720 tk pizza…And the worst part is there was no way to complain about it as there was no feedback about order option.

You people are not giving any voucher for missing item also the tracking system is useless

The service was pretty bad in the sense , they cancelled my order last minute . So I cant have my dinner now , since they didnt even give me an early notice so I can order from someplace else . On top of that other food apps offer a voucher or something, something they failed to do. So I’m here at night , without food and just an “Opps , sorry “

This is the worst app I have ever seen in my life. No one should ever download Foodi; it’s just a waste of time. They give fake offers for their own promotion, and it’s completely useless. Foodi is full of bugs, crashes all the time, and has terrible customer service. Delivery is always late, and the food quality is poor. Prices are higher than other apps, and there are constant issues with payments. Overall, Foodi is a total disaster. Avoid it at all costs.

I am unable to provide a screenshot here but I keep getting the same push notifications 3+ times. In app, the notification shows once but when I receive the push notifications it is several.

I’ve recently placed around 10-15 orders through the Foodie app and overall, the experience has been positive. Foodi offers a wide variety of food options, and the delivery service has been consistently good.

However, there are a few areas where improvements could enhance the user experience:

1. Delivery Timer: It would be beneficial to have a delivery timer displayed within Foodi . This feature would allow users to have a better estimate of when their order will arrive, improving the overall convenience.
2. Rider’s Location Tracking: Adding a feature to track the rider’s location in real-time would greatly enhance the transparency and reliability of the delivery process. Knowing exactly where the rider is can help manage expectations and reduce any anxiety about the delivery status.

Overall, the Foodie app is great, but incorporating these improvements would make it even better.

I ordered multiple times, Delivery time is very long. Poor customer service, called them multiple times but they didn’t respond neither called back. Even the rider didn’t pick up the call. Overall experience is a 3/10.

All in all not bad, but I think the superfoodi benefits are pretty much useless. Customer service is satisfactory but nothing to boast about too. The riders are pretty decent, especially when compared to pathao food.

Ordered the food, came on time!!! And it was cheaper than other platforms!

1. There's no option to multiple an item directly from the cart.
2. There should be an option to cancel the order within first one minute.
3. Real time tracking should be enabled like all the other food delivery apps.
4. Contacting the delivery guy, either through texts or through calls should also be enabled.

Best app for food delivery service in Bangladesh

this app is a solid food delivery app with a user-friendly interface and a great selection of restaurants. Foodi is easy to navigate, and ordering is quick and simple. Delivery times are generally accurate, and customer service is responsive.

However, there’s some room for improvement in the variety of promotions and the occasional delay during peak hours. Despite these minor issues, this app is a reliable choice for satisfying your cravings.

This apps user interface is very easy for any ages of people.
I placed my service on 12:00pm, and received my food with in 30 min. 😁

Not complaining about Foodi , I hope they’ll improve over the time.

BUT the delivery time should be faster.

It was easy to order, the food arrived on time, and it tasted okay. The prices were fair. It would be nice to see more choices on the menu and consistent food quality. Maybe better than Food Panda. I hope they maintain this kind of service. You can try it out!

I am using Foodi for few weeks . I have ordered food multiple times through Foodi. I got delivery within promised time and got many discounts on my order. All renowned restaurants are there to place orders. I am recommending Foodi. Best service and easy to use .

First time ordered and Received timely. Delivery man seems quite professional , communicate by himself to me. Apps interface need to be smoothed other than that everything is perfect for this first order.

Good Experience, It is an excellent delivery medium along with providing food according to the quality and time of the food.
