I tried the app for the first time. I was initially interested in this app because of its enticing offers and other features. However, it disappointed me greatly due to its poor loading times. I had to wait a long time for the interface to load, especially when searching for restaurants, which was absolutely annoying.
I would like to request the management to resolve this issue as soon as possible. As a new entrant in the food delivery business, it's crucial to be more cautious about the services offered.
