8 months later and my phone app is still awful. I don’t receive email notices for received/approved mobile deposits and emails were my only receipts for our business. Usually after two mobile deposits CitizensBankandTrust kicks me off. Our business account has been charged $5 monthly since March 21. If they get it removed they just add it to the end of the month. I have reached out numerous times and to my dismay have received nothing so far.
So, we finally get a new app and it doesn’t look any better than the old one. I have an iPad. My mobile app on my iPad now has a screen view that is about 2” x 4” and too small to see. I guess I can use the desk top, but need the mobile one for check deposits. People’s bank of North Alabama has a great app if you want to see how it’s done
Bad App very bad
Unable to use Face ID, keeps saying I need to validate my information no matter how many times I do and I’m constantly being forced to change my password.
Been banking with them for over a year and best bank I’ve been with so far! There mobile app and fast balances widget come in clutch! Plus I love that I can add the debit card to Apple Pay! 🍕🫔
