I’ve used StaterBrosMarkets once or twice haven’t had anyreal problems with it yet until all of a sudden, even though I have facial recognition on my phone, it still needs a password to get in and it says my password is incorrect. I never changed My password. It is the same password I used the other two times I’ve been in StaterBrosMarkets and was able to use StaterBrosMarkets successfully. So I play along with their little game and go to my email collect the change my password button and I change my password to all of their stupid specifications and it tells me I can’t change my password. Try again. Can’t change your password try again…three times. I tried three different times with three different made up passwords every time. Can’t change your password right now. Try again. I’m gonna delete StaterBrosMarkets and go use the Walmart app which ALWAYS lets me in to do my business and is way easier to use StaterBrosMarkets. What good is using facial recognition to sign in to my applications if it still requires a password? I don’t know about everybody else out there, but I am so tired of all the passwords!

I was told they updated StaterBrosMarkets and changed the password requirements recently. Since then it logged me out of StaterBrosMarkets . Of course I put in my password and it says it’s incorrect and ERROR. I then click the “forgot my password “ button and it says a link will be sent to my email. No link ever gets sent. I’ve done this several times so now I don’t have access to StaterBrosMarkets and my purchase history. I have contacted customer service department and they claim that they will send me a link. I receive no link to reset my password. So now I cannot get into StaterBrosMarkets I cannot order anything. I cannot create a new account because I get an error message at the bottom. I have even went as far as creating an entire new email just so that I can create a new account with StaterBrosMarkets, but I still get the error message at the bottom. I have even used my husband‘s cell phone, which he’s never had StaterBrosMarkets before and I’m still getting the error message while trying to create a new account, I don’t know what they did but it is awful and I am no longer able to shop at Stater Bros. via StaterBrosMarkets which was so convenient for me. so I just order on the Ralphs app and drive an extra five minutes away since it’s also close to my home. FIX THIS ISSUE PLEASE!

I’ve been ordering groceries online since Vons offered it 20+ years ago. StaterBrosMarkets feels less intuitive than their website did back then. I appreciate being able to order for pickup at no extra cost, but manually typing in everything then having to figure out how to word some of it was a bit tedious. Once ordered it doesn’t let you “order again” so you have to go through and do it all over again. I’ve tried setting up the shopping list but that is going to take a ton of time too. I’ll still use StaterBrosMarkets but I hope developers take some time to make things more intuitive. Features like “more items like these” and being able to click from previous order to select again would be very handy.

Please make iPhone app have the ability to change the store that you are ordering from. On the iPad you can modify My Store but on the iPhone you cannot change it. When you click on the address with the blue bar for the store location it just shows you the stores hours and address. It doesn’t give the ability to change My Store. I have two stores near me both the same distance away but I order from both since each store has a different selection. Please help.

This is a great service that I truly appreciate! Would be nice though to get app to the level of Vons or Walmart where it saves your past purchased items and instructions for each item instead of having to do it all over again every time you place an order. But, Staters’ service rocks!! they always have my orders done well before deadline and they are quick and courteous when bringing out to the car. So, for that, I’ll let StaterBrosMarkets stuff slide til they improve it!

I would’ve given five stars but I wasn’t sure if I was reading the market or StaterBrosMarkets or a combination of both. In our local area, Stater Brother’s has absolutely the best quality produce and meat, a good variety of organic products, and their prices are way better than the other local market such a sprouts and Ralph’s. However, I do a lot of ordering on StaterBrosMarkets for pick up, and the Stater Bros. app is a little tricky in terms of finding items. For example if I wanted jarred roasted red bell pepper strips, if I type in bell peppers trips or bell peppers jar, it does not come up. It only comes up when I type in the brand. So it takes me a little longer to order on StaterBrosMarkets as compared to the Ralphs app.

App has gotten much better. It still doesn’t show some grocery items no matter what words I put in (still cannot get black eye peas through StaterBrosMarkets , does not show up) but for the most part, most items do pop up and easily found. StaterBrosMarkets doesn’t crash like it used to, so big improvement there! It is convenient and helpful for the elderly and for me personally (due to some health issues). I appreciate having this option. I just wish we could be allowed to tip. Not expected, but allowed- I appreciate the shoppers/ and employees who bring it out!!! I want to show them my appreciation!

The search results need some work. For example, I could search for a “white onion” and the first items that come up are baked beans. However, overall StaterBrosMarkets is great and makes shopping convenient and way more affordable than instacart. If there’s something I need that I can’t find on StaterBrosMarkets , I’m able to leave a note for the shopper. The shoppers are also Stater Bros employees and they have always been so nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend StaterBrosMarkets!

I let the store know I was on my way via StaterBrosMarkets and by the time I arrived an associate was already waiting outside with my curbside order! I was impressed with the produce and meat I received AND I paid the same price as if I shopped it myself. So happy this is now offered at my favorite grocery store, with a busy 7 year old and a newborn this makes shopping for my family easy and stress free. Thank you Staters!!

I love that I can schedule my pickup for all the things I love and need so easily. With 3 kids it’s hard to get out, and pickup has made keeping on track with cooking at home a more realistic goal to reach. I love that the prices remain the same and we can still take advantage of current deals in StaterBrosMarkets . Would love to have pickup at the Bloomington location be an option one day!

I have been using this new pick order service since they started it. Super easy, fast compared to Walmart too! Better quality items. They made the right updates in StaterBrosMarkets and fix any bugs. The personal shopper texts you and sends pictures of any replacement items. Great service. So far loving it and love stator brother compared to all the other stores. One suggestion is maybe adding handles to the paper bags.

My Mom shopped at Stater Brothers since I was a small child, she lover the Meat Department because they had the best Meat around. I too am still shopping at my favorite store, Stater Brothers in my hometown of Whittier some 64 years later! Freshest food and if you do not have what I need the Manager has always special ordered what I need. I love the attention to detail everyone working has at my new store! It is always nice to come into the beautiful new Store and it is always clean! My go to market is and will always be Stater Brothers!

When I search an item in the search bar and I grab the item I need and I go to search for another item, it still has the previous item I searched for in there and I am already typing my next item. So then in my search bar I have rice apples which isn’t what I am trying to search for. I think it would be good if it would clear my search bar every time I click on the search bar. Thank you!

I absolutely love this grocery store app! It has completely changed the way I shop. The interface is super easy to navigate, and I can quickly find everything I need. The best part is the seamless pickup option—my groceries are always ready on time, and everything is packed perfectly. It saves me so much time, and the customer service has always been excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking to simplify their grocery shopping!

I absolutely love using StaterBrosMarkets to make get my groceries. Rolling up to the special parking spots picking up my groceries is a delight. However, StaterBrosMarkets is sadly unsatisfying. It takes forever to load. And common items when searched won’t come up, even though I’ve seen them on the site before. The texting is great and the service at my local Stater Brothers is great. Just need some improvements on StaterBrosMarkets . I’m using the service once a week. Placing $50-$200 each time on StaterBrosMarkets .

I downloaded StaterBrosMarkets on my iPhone 11 and the icon doesn’t show up. I can search and find it and open it up but there’s no icon to just click on it when I got to the store it wouldn’t let me check in. I had to call and let them know what spot I was sitting in for pick up.
I got home. I deleted StaterBrosMarkets and reinstalled it to see if it would fix it and it didn’t. There’s still no icon on my phone. I’m usually pretty good at this so I’m not sure what’s going on.

I absolutely love the option of using StaterBrosMarkets to shop. I use it constantly each week- however, I hate that once I’ve placed the order I cannot make changes- Instacart allows you to add items up until they start shopping. This seems like an easy fix to StaterBrosMarkets . I ended up paying a $5 fee to get the few items I forgot. I also didn’t notice the fee until I placed the order and I couldn’t cancel- I would have gone inside to get the few items I missed. Oh well, lesson learned.

So glad my local store is doing curbside pick-up! I started doing some shopping at Wal-Mart and Target because they had free curbside pick-up for orders over $35 but now I can shop my favorite Stater Bros instead! Easy ordering, personal shopper Darlene texted if there were items out of stock and was able to replace with items I requested, order was ready sooner than estimated and they were at my car within a couple minutes of arriving. Great experience! Would be nice if StaterBrosMarkets reflected actual store availability though. Will definitely continue using this service. Thanks Stater Bros!!

First off I have to say I love Stater brothers. I was so happy my store is doing curbside now, but StaterBrosMarkets is too difficult to search for items you want. I’ve used Target, Walmart and Vons. Their Apps are so easy! They will show you what you’ve bought in the past or “buy again “ items & so much easier to search. sometimes I don’t even know what word to use to search for an item, it’s ridiculous. I would be buying double or triple the groceries I buy now from Stater brothers if their app was easier. Now I break it up between Staters, Vons and Target.🤷🏼‍♀️

Stater Bros online app is so easy to use and this location doe’s amazingly with pickup orders I am so happy with my order and speed everytime. It’s always ready before my time slot and workers are right there when I arrive! Never have I used a faster pickup service. This stores butcher is the freshest best quality meat around and I’ve tried every store in the area.
