I was told they updated the app and changed the password requirements recently. Since then it logged me out of the app. Of course I put in my password and it says it’s incorrect and ERROR. I then click the “forgot my password “ button and it says a link will be sent to my email. No link ever gets sent. I’ve done this several times so now I don’t have access to the app and my purchase history. I have contacted customer service department and they claim that they will send me a link. I receive no link to reset my password. So now I cannot get into the app I cannot order anything. I cannot create a new account because I get an error message at the bottom. I have even went as far as creating an entire new email just so that I can create a new account with this app, but I still get the error message at the bottom. I have even used my husband‘s cell phone, which he’s never had the app before and I’m still getting the error message while trying to create a new account, I don’t know what they did but it is awful and I am no longer able to shop at Stater Bros. via the app which was so convenient for me. so I just order on the Ralphs app and drive an extra five minutes away since it’s also close to my home. FIX THIS ISSUE PLEASE!

I’ve used this app once or twice haven’t had anyreal problems with it yet until all of a sudden, even though I have facial recognition on my phone, it still needs a password to get in and it says my password is incorrect. I never changed My password. It is the same password I used the other two times I’ve been in the app and was able to use the app successfully. So I play along with their little game and go to my email collect the change my password button and I change my password to all of their stupid specifications and it tells me I can’t change my password. Try again. Can’t change your password try again…three times. I tried three different times with three different made up passwords every time. Can’t change your password right now. Try again. I’m gonna delete this app and go use the Walmart app which ALWAYS lets me in to do my business and is way easier to use this app. What good is using facial recognition to sign in to my applications if it still requires a password? I don’t know about everybody else out there, but I am so tired of all the passwords!

I’ve been ordering groceries online since Vons offered it 20+ years ago. This app feels less intuitive than their website did back then. I appreciate being able to order for pickup at no extra cost, but manually typing in everything then having to figure out how to word some of it was a bit tedious. Once ordered it doesn’t let you “order again” so you have to go through and do it all over again. I’ve tried setting up the shopping list but that is going to take a ton of time too. I’ll still use this app but I hope developers take some time to make things more intuitive. Features like “more items like these” and being able to click from previous order to select again would be very handy.
