My experience with this app has been extremely disappointing. Here are some of the issues I encountered:
1. No response to emails:
I sent several emails regarding an argument issue that needed resolution, but i never received a response. Its unacceptable for a company to completely ignore its costumers in this manner.
2. Nonexistent WhatsApp support:
I tried contacting them via WhatsApp on multiple occasions, but they almost never responded. On the rare occasions they did, the responses were slow and unhelpful. This communication channel is practically useless if not properly managed.
3. Overall costumer service:
The costumer service of this company is, without a doubt, the worst i have ever experienced. Not only do they not respond, but they also seem completely indifferent to solving their costumers’ problems.
Because of these issues, I made sure to pay off my entire balance and closed my account with this company.
Conclusion:
I would not recommend this app to anyone who values their time and money. This is a company with nonexistent and unprofessional costumer service. I hope they improve their services to prevent other customers from experiencing the same frustration I did.
I made a reservation on Expedia via this app, and they charge me 3 times, when I had contact expedia they told me that they don’t have any reservation and at the day of check in There was never a booking.
When I try to contact this app they never have response any email, any whatsapp or any call.
Now I have to pay my credit card what they had charge me and also make the claim at the bank block my credit card so they don’t charge me again and change my card information. Never received a refund from this app of something for the debt.

Suave doesn’t let you verify your phone number to use it. They won’t send you codes to do so. You need a verified number to use Suave .
I have a issued that they need to do me a refound. to my account. And till today I haven’t receive nothing. I tried to contact them multiple time on WhatsApp but they don’t answer. Keep yourself away from this company if you have value of your money.
