My experience with this app has been extremely disappointing. Here are some of the issues I encountered:
1. No response to emails:
I sent several emails regarding an argument issue that needed resolution, but i never received a response. Its unacceptable for a company to completely ignore its costumers in this manner.
2. Nonexistent WhatsApp support:
I tried contacting them via WhatsApp on multiple occasions, but they almost never responded. On the rare occasions they did, the responses were slow and unhelpful. This communication channel is practically useless if not properly managed.
3. Overall costumer service:
The costumer service of this company is, without a doubt, the worst i have ever experienced. Not only do they not respond, but they also seem completely indifferent to solving their costumers’ problems.
Because of these issues, I made sure to pay off my entire balance and closed my account with this company.
Conclusion:
I would not recommend this app to anyone who values their time and money. This is a company with nonexistent and unprofessional costumer service. I hope they improve their services to prevent other customers from experiencing the same frustration I did.
