Most useless app I’ve ever used. I continue to reset my password and immediately try to log back in and never seems to work. I then tried to checkout as a guest and when it came time to process the order still kept receiving error messages. I was JUST trying to move a favorited item to my bag to try and purchase again (not sure why I continue to try and this point) and can’t even do that.
I saw a review that says don’t bother with REISS if you aren’t based out of the UK and I whole heartedly agree. REISS is a huge waste of time. I could’ve purchased at least 2-3 shirts by now if REISS was at the least barely functional which is most definitely not.
Probably the worst possible website, non-responsive, causing big problems by adding the same item and not updating the number of items when trying to delete the extra - I just ended up with 4 of the same Cashmere sweaters in my basket and it was a project to get it that number back to 1 which is all the sweaters I needed. And if you forgot your password-you’re doomed because the password resetting emails just don’t arrive in your inbox. An absolute mess.
I’ve tried several times to buy a product and REISS and website will not allow me to change the shipping address. I am buying this for a family member and it will not allow me to put their address in. Why?
I would love to shop your products but it’s impossible to do so if REISS doesn’t upload.
Don’t bother with REISS if you don’t live in the UK.
