I received the MODEL MR-E43 on 30 January. I assembled it and have determined that I can't use the elliptical MR-E43 due to having had my right knee fully replaced. I tried it in five minute periods with an hour rest time in between sessions. I tried three times and my knee was sore sore and swollen the next morning that I have decided I want to return the machine for a refund. Can provide a RMA (Refund Material Authorization) and the address particulars to send it? I appreciate and any information and assistance you can provide me. Thank you you help. Bike is good. App stinks

I recently bought the bike and having a wonderful time riding. I have been able to keep my heart rate up and not feel unsupported. The bike experience is great.
I try to use the app to record my work out and see the stats consistently. However, if I switch off the app on my phone to Netflix to watch while biking, switch to respond to emails or anything besides the app it cancels my work out and doesn’t record it. Also, there is no Apple Watch app to go along so I can record and still use my phone. This really hurts the product.
This latest update ruins the app

I hate how the new main page looks, it is unnecessarily big and cuts off the connect button at the top right in an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I also hate how music starts automatically playing when I try to go on free training now. The default should be silence and you can choose a song if you want. Please redo the interface and disable automatic music. It was better before.
QS1 Does Not Connect to iPhone

Just got the rowing machine today & it will not connect to my phone. Tried the suggestions in the app & noting seems to turn the Bluetooth on in the machine, or allow it to connect.
It connected just fine to my husband’s phone & even powering off his phone to cut the connection, we still could not get it to connect.
It is too bad, it seems like it could be great.
