MERACH only lets me change the treadmill speed only to 3 km/h through Bluetooth. Tapping on 6 and 9 don’t do anything. It would be so easy for your developer to change the speed steps by 0.5, such a wasted opportunity

I hate how the new main page looks, it is unnecessarily big and cuts off the connect button at the top right in an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I also hate how music starts automatically playing when I try to go on free training now. The default should be silence and you can choose a song if you want. Please redo the interface and disable automatic music. It was better before.

I purchased MERACH a week ago to get the 3D level when I cycle so I can get that full outdoor experience. MERACH repeatedly froze on my IPad and IPhone. I reported this to Apple customer care next day of purchasing and could not get a refund. I basically paid $9 for an app does not work.

I got this mini bike a week ago and have used MERACH five times within issue. However, it will no longer work. It keeps saying “Gateway Timeout” rendering it useless. A big bummer since I liked being able to track my progress. Hope this is resolved soon.

Just got the rowing machine today & it will not connect to my phone. Tried the suggestions in MERACH & noting seems to turn the Bluetooth on in the machine, or allow it to connect.

It connected just fine to my husband’s phone & even powering off his phone to cut the connection, we still could not get it to connect.

It is too bad, it seems like it could be great.

I recently bought the bike and having a wonderful time riding. I have been able to keep my heart rate up and not feel unsupported. The bike experience is great.

I try to use MERACH to record my work out and see the stats consistently. However, if I switch off MERACH on my phone to Netflix to watch while biking, switch to respond to emails or anything besides MERACH it cancels my work out and doesn’t record it. Also, there is no Apple Watch app to go along so I can record and still use my phone. This really hurts the product.

MERACH is ok. Kind of bare bones. If only there was a way to connect or sync with Apple Health with the information/stats from a ride like the Zwift app; which is weird that that app can send data to Apple Fitness but MERACH can’t when Zwift uses the this app bike connected through Bluetooth.

Please add Apple Health Kit functionality/compatibility!!

I had been using MERACH pretty regularly on iPad, then got sick and couldn’t exercise for a while. Came back, when I try to log in, it says MERACH doesn’t work and the developers are aware of it. I’ve tried on iPhone and iPad.

Two stars because I like it when it did work (otherwise it’d be one), but when I tried to chat with this app, I got no where. It’s been a little frustrating.

I don’t have a problem connecting to my deskcycle but the “timed” workouts don’t correctly record the resistance level….it won’t move off of 1. I’ve never had it that low. I then have to wonder if the calorie counter is off because of that.

App is ok. It’s really annoying having my steps count in apple health but then my work out is separate. Please let it sync so all my fitness stats can be in one place and cumulative

This is a poor man's Pelaton. While there's no monthly subscription needed, MERACH is incredibly unstable and consistently crashes if I go to another screen on my phone (I multi-task).

There are limited free features to use, and they seem to work IF you leave MERACH up on your main screen. The inability to even time a ride while in another app is wild. The tension adjustment does stay consistent, I'm happy with the $100 used price I paid but would be unhappy if I wanted a smart app ride.

There are only two virtual videos for the exercycles and more for rowers which makes MERACH feel limited. Also I can’t connect the videos via apple play successfully bc there is a lag in the sound and a constant screen glitch which takes away from the overall experience. Definitely agree that you missed the mark with connecting to apple fitness.

I am a first time row machine user and using MERACH has been helpful. I enjoy the workouts and especially the game simulations.

However, I always find it difficult to trust something that contains multiple spelling errors. Throughout MERACH , there are numerous words misspelled which is always a red flag for me. Also, I wish it would sync to apple fitness.

My biggest complaint is that there is no landscape mode, so I have to stand my iPad up to use it with the bike. There could also be a few more videos and workout options. But I would be happy with just an update to give landscape mode.

Can only speak on the rowing aspect. Checks the boxes on connecting seamlessly with their rower, auto resistance is great during classes, and the tracking in-app is decent.

Misses the mark by not syncing workout data with Apple Fitness (or any other fitness app). Classes are okay, but I’m already on the advanced courses and I can guarantee I am not an advanced rower. The coaches do not appear prepared for any class and will be off on what they are saying vs what MERACH is telling you to do. It would also be nice to create better customized workouts with the auto resist adjustments included.

If they can make those improvements I would definitely rate it much higher.

Love my this app exercise Bike ! Fun to use MERACH , follow the courses however losing some work out data on occasion, like some days doesn’t show I’ve worked out, data is gone. The new Central Park 3D course is impossible to use. Need little improvements. Thank you for MERACH.

I have tried over and over and over and MERACH will not connect to Bluetooth at all so I can’t track anything that I’m doing on my vibrating machine smh so frustrating.

Great app, paired easily with my desk bike and my phone but it doesn’t synced with Apple Health , or Apple Fitness and that’s a feature that should really be added soon to achieve 5-stars!

It will help a lot for users on iPad

I bought rowing machine 9 months ago and i decided give my review finally. I really like MERACH. Have many rowing coaches with great variety of workouts and many beautiful scenic places you can row. I have been rowing 9 months and still find workouts i have not tried yet but i hope they would add even more and i would really appreciate if they add dark mode.

I don’t know why people giving one or two star reviews. Made my rowing very easy became part of my regular workout routine. Couldn’t recommend enough for the price and no subscription fee at all.
