Had to pay to get past the screen to let you connect to a smartphone. Will not connect even after that.
Support says to follow instructions in app. There are none.

I kept getting diverted to PrinterApp which does nothing I care about. Charged $40 to my credit card and gives me no way to cancel. Waste of time!!! Would give zero stars if that were an option. 🤬

Once installed and u start to select the thing's wanted to print it makes u pay for it which is stupid if it your printer and coming from your phone or computer

Screen constantly blocked with pop ups trying to sell you. Does not work at all ithout wi fi. It may come as a shock, but the whole world does not have internet service

I cancelled my subscription because the program didn’t work with my printer. The program didn’t recognize my printer even after several attempts.

Why can’t I simply email files after scanning and why do the files not stored that are saved.

Waste of $$. Would not work with my computer : couldn’t use PrinterApp to set up my printer.

You can’t even open PrinterApp , it just exits back to homescreen.

Why do we have to pay to use a printer app?? That should be free?? We have 2 printers and the other one isn’t a canon and we don’t have to install a app or pay money.. This is extremely frustrating

Ads. Ads everywhere, behind everything you click on. Every 10 seconds. Easily the only reason you need to not try PrinterApp, but I soldiered on only to be more disappointed. App is mostly half baked, the only complete thing being its aesthetics. It crashes, it doesn’t save or remember what you were doing. But before all that, the first thing you’re met with upon opening PrinterApp is the subscription offer… basically the only thing you can do practically without a subscription is print a photo or take a picture with the camera and then print that, all while getting an ad every 10 seconds, constantly diverting me from what I came to PrinterApp to do. It crashed twice before I got to the actual printing but it couldn’t find my printer. Maybe if I spent more time messing with it PrinterApp it might have found it, but my patience was all gone at this point. If you wanted to just print something from your phone/tablet’s files, subscription required. For such an essential feature, developer? Seriously? My search for a printer app continues. If you’re looking for one too, listen to all the bad reviews here, don’t give PrinterApp a download.

No way I’m going to sign up for a trial. Just let people try it for an hour or two to make sure they can even communicate with their printer and print some thing. It’s too much trouble to sign up and then find out that PrinterApp doesn’t even work and then try to figure out how to cancel the subscription. A lot of developers do the stupid stuff.

I can print fine, but the settings to control how I print don’t seem to work. For example, when the settings on my printer AND on PrinterApp both say to NOT flip while printing, page flipping is forced regardless.

I had PrinterApp for all of 5 minutes. The constant pop up ads and screen trying to get you to pay for a subscription is ridiculous!!! Every time I clicked something when trying to resize and print something, AD! I immediately deleted PrinterApp .

Doesn’t work, and of course you cannot find that out till after you buy the program. If it cannot find the printer automatically then you’re screwed. No option for finding a LAN printer

No dell printers. You should mention that before u take peoples money. Please cancel my subscription and don’t say I didn’t do it in time bc here is my request to cancel

Get urself another printing like app, I didn’t know I needed to pay to even do anything for my work, I can see why this has less than 4K reviews, terrible app don’t get it unless u wanna pay

So many adds wouldn’t connect to my printer without having to buys a subscription. To use a template was another subscription cost. Waste of time and useless.

Every other printer app I use the picture prints as soon as a click print this one doesn’t even try to connect with the printer they take your money like a scam

You can do practically nothing without a stupid ads popping up there’s no way to properly evaluate the application without committing to purchase.

Trying to connect my printer has come to be impossible. Just overall not worth it by any means. Wasted money

It doesn’t work on my canon MG 2522 and I’m trying to get my money back or cancel this the subscription and they don’t make it easy. I’m gonna have to go to my bank and cancel this.

Should have been explained that there is an additional charge for printing from your phone.

I purchased the premium version today and find that the program adds nothing to what I could already do with the IPrint-AirPrint function of the IPad. It will identify other printers on your wireless network but will only work if they have the AirPrint component. To make matters worse I am dealing with pop-up adds on the premium version. I think this is of little value and will be requesting a refund.

The printer was fairly easy to set up but the scanner is another story. I sent the last Epson printer back because it wouldn’t scan. I called helpdesk three times and they couldn’t help me either. I don’t know how this will end up but so far it’s a nightmare to hook up the scanner.

It could never connect to the printer, I scanned a document and it froze, I tried to scan a document from my email and it still froze, nothing could be done, but always ask for a review before using it, I hope I get my money back because it charges up front without knowing if it actually works, I bought it because I saw that it has very good comments and reviews lately.

I just started using PrinterApp with my Canon Selphy CP1300 printer and it connected over my Wi-Fi and printed great until suddenly it just abruptly disappeared after I selected Print. I tried deleting and reinstalling PrinterApp . I tried closing down and restarting the printer, the iPhone and the iPad. I replaced the printer cartridge in case it was out of ink. I tried reaching out through the “Contact Us” message option but it wouldn’t send. Everything else on my network is working just fine. Not a good experience so far….
