Love the camera. Wish it didn’t take so long to load live view when we need to see what is happening in real time. Seems like it takes forever to load. We have super fast internet and other cams don’t have this problem (brands and types). ((We have three different brands of cameras on property))

I purchased several of the O-KAM wireless cameras. After 2 months I can not connect to any of these O-KRAP cameras. I tried to reset it the cameras .. that did not work. Uninstalled and reinstalled the O-KRAP app .. still did not work. If the need to reach out to a developer is the solution then it’s not worth it. Also be aware the software scans some of the users phone content. I since then have used an old phone with no Celluar to install OKAMPro and surprise .. it still did not work. Makes you wonder why only after a few months it stops connecting to its own devices.

I purchased 4 cameras to protect my home and family and once installed I was able to go on vacation and get alerts that stopped thefts from stealing item from my back yard
I got the alert called the police and they were caught in the act of stealing

The ease of set up, the quality, and customer support is there if you ever need them. So pleased with this purchase.

I have a security camera at each of my exterior doors. When I leave for an extended period of time I am able to be notified if anyone comes to my house. The quality of the cameras is really great, too.

Just received this little gem while our 2 year old granddaughter visited for 5 days. Was always concerned we couldn’t hear her! Camera set up easily, easy to work!! Thank you!

I have been using my O-KAM app for over 2 1/2 years now. It has been very accurate and very helpful. I really enjoy using it and I would recommend it to others as well.

Set up was easy and connecting to OKAMPro and setting everything up was super simple

This is the absolute worst! I had Reolink cameras before and I could access them from anywhere. The whole point of the camera is for a remote location. It is 100% impossible to set up this camera or use this monitoring system unless you physically go to location. I even had my guys set it up with an account on location everything working great, but I am not able to access even if I login with the same credentials! it has to be the same physical device. Am I supposed to mail my iPhone or computer to the location?? And they're not allowing to switch email addresses. They say you can "bind to a different email address," but it's complete nonsense. it doesn't work after 12 attempts. Also customer service is a complete JOKE. If you try to start a chat, it says please try back during regular business hours. I'm calling in in the middle of the work week during regular business hours. Apparently this Chinese business is pretending to be a US business, but it simply ships cheap cameras to the US and then gives very little support.

First off I downloaded OKAMPro to be able to function a new cam device I had purchased. OKAMPro does not link well with Wi-Fi, and it certainly did not link the cam device with app. After trying countless of times, I submitted to return my purchase, but I tried canceling my account even though I had not purchased any cloud space for device. I merely tried to hook this device up. I got declined message to cancel my account after having installed the darn app within 15 minutes. This does not feel safe or secure. I don’t recommend OKAMPro, I suggest you do your research, because I neglected to do so, thinking all would be a relatively smooth, fun, transition. Nonetheless, I’ve deleted OKAMPro , and I’m sending the product back. Bad purchase all the way around for me. Not happy at all. If anything, I’m more sketchy.

First off I was leery about using this brand out of China, but after using it for nearly 4 months now, I have no privacy issues.
As for the doorbell camera, it’s been phenomenal, video quality is crystal clear, day or night, we really like the human identification tracking feature so the camera won’t set off with every little movement from a tree, birds or bugs.
It’s been working flawlessly and with the 3 day cloud storage and the micro SD card we have installed there’s no need to pay a monthly or yearly fee for storing videos.
The battery life is decent, I usually charge it every couple of months, except during winter when the temps drop below freezing then the battery tends to drain a little quicker.
OKAMPro is wonderful, plenty of settings, more than other brands we have used.
Highly recommend.

I’ve had this camera in use about a week now while I’m out of town, and I am quite pleased with its performance so far. One thing I really like is that I don’t need to have any kind of cloud account to store any motion detection pictures past just the last couple days like I do with some other brands of cameras. Would definitely buy more units in the future.

This update made it so the camera does not stream anymore when trying to monitor it from your phone. Do not update it if you want it to work. Update: and now it works again if you open and close the video 3x. Maybe it was some other issue, but all of a sudden it works again but not the first time you try to stream the video.

I loved OKAMPro and camera. I have had it for a few months and the picture quality was excellent, night vision was ok could be a little better. However I updated the firmware today and it demolished the picture quality. It looks like I’m back in the year 2000 with 240p resolution even when I set it to the super HD setting. I tried restarting the camera remotely and reinstalling OKAMPro and nothing works. Super disappointed.

Simply the best all around wifi camera for what I needed! Solar was a huge plus!

I bought 2 pcs first worked 3 days were very good . Clear picture and long battery life . But after 4th day I need to keep delete OKAMPro and re download again and again. I send messages to support not getting any response. It’s not supportive.

Chinese spyware, beware! User cannot turn off microphone or speakers. That should tell you everything you need to know about this Chinese app. I would not use these cameras inside your home or YOU WILL BE MONITORED by the Chinese Communist Party. I would not recommend OKAMPro or it's products. Use at your own risk!

I pay for a subscription but I still don't have any of my storage updates. I pay 3 times please can you do something?

Following up on my review and the developer response- I cannot reconfigure the camera as it isn’t linking to OKAMPro or my Wi-Fi. I have set my Wi-Fi to just 2.4GHz and it still doesn’t appear. And the QR code does not connect the camera to my app. Where can I contact you for support?

I was successfully using OKAMPro with a camera that came with a bird feeder. Recently I accidentally pushed the mode butting and it reset and now I cannot reconnect. The camera is MDC-1 “smart Wi-Fi security camera Best Discreet Camera”.

These cameras are terrible, disconnected from my wifi with no reason, won’t connect again to my router. Tried everything, spent several hours, instructions don’t work. What’s a waste of time and money!!!

Software can be less than useful. I get notices in Chinese when trying to purchase storage…please see review in Amazon…a very frustrating purchase for those of us that may NOT be as knowledgeable about software terminology…

I tried to contact support, but did not show in the wed side where I could contact them. Where ? BevUse I payed for one year that app charge to my credit card but OKAMPro O-Kam does not show that.

My app logs me out and continues to ask me to log in .. therefore I don’t get ANY notifications especially motion detection notifications.. defeats the purpose. I will contact support.

I already purchased a yearly subscription to their cloud and in 3 months they hit me again. Now after I purchased again they are try to get into my Apple ID.

It will not let me connect my cameras ever since the last update. I’m so frustrated. Hopefully they will fix it soon.

Previously, I tried to download a lot of OKAMPro software, but it's not good enough to use.       ​  

When I first got the camera it worked flawlessly. However now that I have had for a couple months the cloud recording will not play or allow me to download. I tried updating but still have the same issue of the recording not playing. I thought that maybe the storage was full and deleted off all the videos, tried allowing it to record a new video but it fails to load! Try getting customer service is like pulling teeth! I had just talked 4 families into buying the same setup I have and now I’m having issues…

I set a few of these cameras up to keep an eye on my animals.. it has a "motion detection" feature yet it seems that nothing triggers it. I check OKAMPro often and will literally watch stuff happen that should trigger a motion sensor, but don't. The help center claims theres a 24 hr recording function too but I can't seem to activate that for my camera, despite having it plugged in all the time. This disappointing camera just makes me sad. OKAMPro itself, though definitely flawed, works fine.

I love the camera……..but OKAMPro doesn’t work. Every day I must delete OKAMPro and then reinstall it to use it. Once I use it, it crashes again. Please help!!!

I would buy more of your cameras if I could get OKAMPro to work properly.

Your app isn’t working can you please fix it? I bought iCloud storage and motion detection is on and it only works sometimes. It doesn’t always save the clip on OKAMPro like it should

Cannot get a live streaming it was sending notification with movement now it’s not and the “alarm” when pushing does not sound and now it’s flashing blue/green and will not stop… SERIOUSLY and it’s NOT EVEN PLACED WHERE I NEED IT TO BE! 24hr service is a joke I get a message to try during business hours and still NOTHING

After last update to OKAMPro cloud storage playback won’t load

Poor app quality. I get no notifications for motion. Kind of pointless to have this camera. Security from OKAMPro is worthless.

The apps intercom feature only appears for a second then is taken away for some reason. Very unhappy with that…

This camera says it’s works with Alexa but mine doesn’t; OKAMPro doesn’t show up so I can link it to my account. Also the camera shifts focus upwards a lot and stays stuck so you have to keep moving it around manually even tho you have access to control it on your phone. Weird, but it’s affordable so it’d do for now I suppose.

These cameras are working really well so far. the solar panels keep them charged well.
They have no trouble connecting to wi-fi inside our house, and our house is almost 5000 square feet.
They are much quicker to detect and record motion than our older cameras.
Super HD is very clear, but it's still difficult to read most car license plates that are on cars parked in the street in front of our house.

Sometimes it's slow to connect to the live view of the camera. The SD card we have is 128GB and we can see recordings on both the card and cloud.

We tried the IGeek cameras and the indoor one was ok but the outdoor solar one was not so great. Then we tried this camera and it has been much better.

Again, it's not perfect, but for the price we'd definitely recommend them.

I’ve been using these cameras for well over a year and I’m impressed how easy it is to set up the system, the good image quality in the option to store data on an SD card or remote cloud. I recommend this product and plan to purchase additional cameras.

The cameras are vary good it was nice when you can turn them on and off with OKAMPro . But don’t know why they took the button off to do so from OKAMPro any help would be nice

I like the way I can see a large area. I have no problems with my camera.

This camera is one of many I’ve tried. The images are clear. The camera can be stationed to capture any angle. The battery life is also great.

The camera is good enough for viewing current time but don’t spend the money to get playback because it rarely records anything. Motion sensing is terrible. You can stand in front of it for 5 minutes and it won’t pick up anything yet it records a car driving by 100 meters away for a second

Currently the furthest distance from the WiFi router is 35’ and the signal strength is as if it’s right next to it.

These are the best cameras we have had.. We have had 3 others. The one time I had an issue(which was my fault) I called and got help immediately which resolved my problem, price and quality is excellent !!

Am technically handicapped but the cameras and app were relatively easy to set up and are working well after 1 week, so far. I only wish there were a way to check the battery levels on the cameras.

This camera has really great quality zoom in zoom out features, and even side to side up and down. I can hear everything clearly and so can the other person I can even talk to the animals lol

Awesome little pro -kam I see negative reviews, I have no complaints Easy set up , so all pro kam buyers if your have problems with 4 hr battery use and want unlimited battery time just use your usb cord that comes with kam, and use I phone charger block plugged in near Wi-Fi for 24 hrs , you can unplug cord once the red charger lights goes off kam , meaning it’s all ready full charged it works for me don’t have to worry about battery drainage I leave plugged in leaving my home , out in the road I switch to 4g or 5g to check my home out for any activity it works I see my dog walking around kam detection, the ony issue I have is I don’t know how to add other I ordered ,need better instructions N/A kam support could plz walk me through for second set up , but other than Mr kam I Love it

It’s very simple to set up. Just follow the directions, which are perfectly clear. The camera/app even wait for you to figure it out if you get stuck. The range on the WiFi is good. I’m going to buy five more to cover the back and front yard, and, depending on how many OKAMPro can hold, I’m gonna put some in the house too.

Such Clear pictures! my internet is slow so there is a waiting time before I can watch live. The camera was easy to install. I paired mine with solar panels to keep them powered full-time and they work perfectly well. This is day one hopefully this good equipment and service will last.

I must say I was skeptical when it came to ordering these cameras. I was so indecisive when I was comparing it to another named brand. But, I will say I am completely satisfied with my purchased. Easy to use and install. The price was indeed most satisfying. I highly recommend this purchase to anyone. Love them!

It has a siren that I really love and has night vision has three days up to storage. If you don’t pay for to get extra it’s super nice it’s easy installing it’s just the most best camera I’ve seen so far.

Works in color with little light and has a good night picture. Only complaint is a delay in response. That may well be our internet service so, I still have it five stars. We have it out by our livestock. It does not go off for normal movement but does go off for rapid or unusual movement , because of that, it works extremely well for our needs. We are very happy with the distance it covers. We can see out entire four acres and some of the neighbors pastures.

So, I just installed two camera and it was really simple and easy to connect. I do have a strong wifi signal. One of my cameras is about 20 yards from my house and it is clear and connects easily. So far I really like it.

I purchased 1 camera just to check out the product although I need several more. I must say I am very impressed and happy with this product. Excellent pictures and videos.

We had an issue with one of the cameras and emailed customer service. They responded very quickly and remotely updated “ something.”
We are still evaluating the “fix” but am confident if not to our expectations that the customer service will make it right.

someone gave me this camera, and it is impossible to find the footage you need in here because the search system is terrible. Somebody actually was going through my closet where the camera was and the camera caught it however, I cannot find that footage even when I put the specific date and time in it doesn’t find the footage. Also, I had to buy the cloud storage twice because it never gave me the cloud storage so I had to pay for it twice and even then I still didn’t get it. I was going to have to pay a third time when I said forget about it this just won’t find the footage I need and no matter what you do. It is impossible to accomplish any task with it. Go ahead and try it and I dare you to try to accomplish anything with it it’s just impossible to use.

I highly recommend these cameras, especially for a cheaper Alternative to Ring. Better price just as good if not better. Just paying for the brand! Definitely check it out, battery life is very good and installation is nothing.

The cameras are good and seem to have pretty good battery life. My only concern is the notifications. I don’t get notifications all the time the camera activates and I have to log back into OKAMPro roughly 80% of the time. But like I said cameras are good though

So far using 1 year and it is great set of cameras! We got a set of 3 and it has changed big difference in security system for our property! Can’t wait to receive the other units that were offered for returning customer!

Customer service non existent. iCloud will not work. We receive phone alerts of motion detected not no playback. Bought the iCloud subscription didn’t work. Waited a couple days didn’t work. Worked one day out of the blue. Prompted to updated the device and then iCloud stopped working again. For needing a playback camera this set up is kinda like having no camera all. A lot was paid for the camera itself, iCloud storage and then buying more iCloud monthly storage through apple app. This camera is just a scam/fraud to having complete access to all personal information with no product delivery.

This system has prevented incidents and secured my home. The playback feature is top tier, within a couple seconds of the motion sensor hitting you’ll receive a notification. This system is great if you travel a lot as well. I’ve been away from home numerous times and was able to talk to the delivery guys, mail man,etc….. 5 stars for meeeeeeeeee.

I finally got the right camera after 3 tries…clueless at first on where to begin. Be sure to get 5g and if you need it because 2.4g only will not work. Great video quality- it’s so cool to watch what my kitty Gidget is doing safe in my room from her tormenting Tuxedo brothers! She’s eating and sleeping and playing with her toys…so happy! Highly recommend…🙏

I love this camera, easy to install and works perfectly with my iPhone. With 360 around my front door and yard and it doesn’t miss a single thing. Anything or anyone that passes by my house or walks in my yard or driveway or anything, this camera catches it. Awesome job

This is more than I expected and worth the money and maybe a bit more to be honest, the solar panel charge is awesome and the connection cord is 10. ‘ long, it has motion tracking and range settings and send the motion triggered video to cloud stand by and alerts to motion I can’t say enough so far

This application and the camera this is great very simple to use. I would say if you have a large area to watch, I would order six at one time of these type of cameras so they all work together. This is a great system. Great camera set up great features, it has the motion feature the zoom feature lights this is just a great camera and simple to work easy to use but you have to download your cloud or you should pay your clout for a year at least six months to a year. This is great, and it saves all of the photos that it captures.

I am impressed right away. I have tried other cameras that don’t work with WiFi yadda yadda this one does and I may just be buying several more if it keeps up the good work. I really want to be able to rotate the view because it’s upside down. But I am learning as I have just opened this up , activated it, now considering active placement. Worth it

Easy to start up. Easy online startup. My only problem was the connection for storage. Confusing as how to pay and they wanted you to get a credit card? A PayPal card? I was confused if this was to pay for the I cloud or I was getting a new credit card? They also don’t tell you how to have the camera or cameras on other phones ( my wife’s ) for both of us watching! Also setting up multiple cameras and sharing with my wife. So I just kept it on my phone, wife not happy. Also how to turn off siren no symbol to show it’s off, the symbol is just neutral without a line across it to show it’s disabled, it’s at our cottage and I don’t know if the neighbors are going to get blasted at 3am !

Got this a few days ago, arrived today and the quality is amazing. It’s perfect for detecting if anybody is trespassing- and you can hear the audio and there’s night vision modes. Wonderful!! Thank you for OKAMPro, I’ve been messing around with it today because it’s really neat haha, we will be putting up 2 other cameras on the opposite side of our house tomorrow.

I absolutely love love this camera! I ordered one to just make sure it works and I can’t complain one bit what so ever. The picture quality is good day or night the motion detection is awesome. It has a siren it has a light that will turn on if u have it set that way you can put it in night mode you can rewatch things and you can intercom!!

Video clarity is great, App is easy to use. I wanted wireless, battery operated and no contract as I want local SD/TIF storage.

Issues 1. Their WiFi performance is glitchy. Even after I placed wifi extenders approx 5-10 feet away, App is still slow to connect, fails often to connect on App.
2. If not selecting all the power saving options, so limiting the features, power is drained very quickly which is disappointing. One unit was drained of power with all the advertised features within 1-week!!
3. After taking both units down to recharge, had to delete both units from App and reinstall, and reconnect with closet WiFi extender. I’ve only done this once and I’m hoping this does not happy every time. Used the TP Link to tether extenders better, and allowed to rename to avoid confusion etc.

Setup is pretty easy, did have a problem with settings for recording. battery life drained super fast but after a few days of charging and tweaking the setting it wasn’t to bad but I did have to buy 2 long usb charger wires, a wire box, charging packs and a lock to keep people from touching it but I still have to switch the packs roughly every week. I have 2 of these cameras for different angles but one records and the other doesn’t which is a serious issue due to I bought the cameras to protect my car from my neighbor who likes to open their car door wide and hit my vehicle 😒

Clear picture mostly in black and white but I also live in the country and don’t have the best wifi in other that said it works with our WiFi and 3 other brands didn’t!

So far it was a breeze to install and now to go through all the settings and get it set to my personal specs...I'll follow up in a few days and then see what I'm thinking.
OKAMPro is really great but I am not sure if it is supposed to work on a apple watch but it pops up on my SE 3 with a arrow in the middle of the screen but when I touch it to see the video it just goes black...if any one knows how to make it work please let me know by email or leave a solution on ur review...I'm hoping to hear from the developer if they will email me...thanks ahead for your help
