Completely useless. Both desktop and app versions haven’t displayed any information for weeks. It is literally just a blank page being displayed on my phone! Going to delete app.

It doesn’t matter whether I use MyHealthHome, the mobile site, or the desktop site. Every time I try to access my lab results, I get a blank page. It has been like this for days

MyHealthHome saying my email or password is wrong. But I can login through my email on the website from the email i got to login

App is very outdated , doesn’t sync with my hospital , doesn’t connect to Apple Health correctly , could use a bunch of improvements

App is very hard to find information on appointments and results of appointments wished I could read it lower like a minus

You touch see Documents blank,Bill Pay blank, Upcoming Appointments Blank!! Even online it’s blank smh

Worst app I’ve ever used. Unable to get information. This is a poor reflection on Crestwood Hospital.

MyHealthHome did worked about 2-weeks ago as always it runs very slow but I was able to get my information, now the main page is there but when you click on any of the buttons “Nothing” happens you the developer must fix this now! People rely on this to get their medical records. I will be sending information to Apple fix or remove it. Sad day. 4/16/24 update still can’t get any info and the developer has not responded back yet. They need to fix this now!

I like that many results are posted, but not nearly all. No cardiac testing, pulmonary tests, or tests other than lab and X-rays appear on MyHealthHome . Even pathology results are posted, but not others. There used to be a procedure section and a clinical notes section, but now they even seem to be gone. Disappointing.

MyHealthHome is incredible!!
