SaitaMask Status

I have almost 24 trillion and your app doesn't let me log in so I can convert it to V2 please explain loosing patience please respond or I will take further action ty

I can't login. I get the message network connection error. I tried to reset my password and I get a network connection error. I have updated my phone and re-installed my saitamask app.

problem is with saitamask. Can you fix it. Was it done by you any time?

I have reset the network settings and still get a network error. How can I get logged back into my account????

when v2 happened, my original tokens did not convert within saitamask app. now a few months later, I cannot open the saitamask app at all. I have tried sending a reset password but my email isn't even recognized now. What is going on? I want to access my account and it is completely impossible. Need help please.

My dollar amount states undefined. Shows no money/all my money is gone

First all tokens dissapeared, and now the app doesn't open at all, deleted the app a few times and reinstalled and still does not work, and the worst part is saitamask gives no response to these issues.

I converted Saitama to Saitamask and I haven't received anything for two weeks

I have used SaitaMask and have a big amount of a couple assets within this . Yesterday morning it began not loading. It would attempt to load then it stops and closes. And I’m worried about losing my assets/projects . Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. Tony
