I normally don’t ever write reviews, especially bad ones, but I really believed in this project. I spoke about it to family members and close friends who should invest into this and to start building their path to financial freedom through this platform. I brought in on the night of the Vegas event and even though things went south, I was a firm believer in them and the potentials that will arise from this. I knew that SaitaMask could be groundbreaking for Crypto and with the coming of Lilly token, it would really revolutionize what Crypto can and will be in the near future. While I’m trying to be optimistic about what will be, SaitaMask is not making things better. Today is supposed to be the launch of Lilly token, a project I wanted to invest in from the launch, and it doesn’t look like I’ll get that chance. I’m very disappointed, as is the people that I’ve told to invest into this. Not everything is gonna go right and this is understandable, but the continuous mishaps are at an alarming rate and I just can’t seem to get excited about this project or any project they have coming in the future for that matter. The team really needs to sit down and come up with a better solution to rectify what’s going on before they lose the people.

I invested 5300 into the coin and then after the Vegas incident my 5300 drop down to 1200. Pretty upset about that. I still am hanging on because I’m an idiot for believing into this nonsense. Then apparently the launch date for this this app was supposed to be official still can’t login apparently keeps getting attacked by whatever (I don’t believe for one second )This is insane and I don’t know how many other people this happened to but at least if they say they’re going to open SaitaMask at least Saitama can see it through and and not keep getting put off. If this is going to go a different way please change my mind!!!!

I’m not a developer but I am the product manager for a software company that manages over 100 municipal automated systems, via our products, and this has to be the most garbage app I have ever attempted to use. There is no excusing this type of failure at this point. Going on nearly a month with complete failures for THOUSANDS of your customers is beyond ridiculous. Failure after failed. Instruction to “install, re-install, format, clear cache, try a new email, new device” —GET WRECKED!! This is embarrassing for a company that has nearly 24mil in volume for today alone. Absolute trash.

After following Saitama and this app for over a year now I have finally come to conclusion it’s the ultimate intelligent perfect SCAM. It’s started with you tube scams from the beginning which had me thinking twice to behind with. It continued with lies ab this app over and over and finally after this app comes out it here going on a few months now I attempted to swap numerous times but always showed the coins but never allowed me to swap abd always said not enough funds. I get the bright idea to send Russ a message on twitter, it just so happens to be you cannot send him messages however their is similar name with a “c” in the middle of the name which is the only name that pops up and of course they assist you in sending you a link to scam you on your funds. I would highly recommend staying far far away from anything involved with this guy Russ. He was involved in the you tube scamming and was called out many times for the coin decreasing substantially while driving his Lamborghini with less then two years of crypto trading as his wife states all over in social media. STAY FAR AWAY FROM SaitaMask‼️

There were many initial reviews saying this was a scam app for ridiculous reasons like the term “financial inclusion” in it. Saitama has the saying ‘future of finance’ but it’s purpose revolves around inclusion and education. The 1 star is because of the missed mark months ago when it was supposed to release initially and for the numerous network issues upon this actual release that still prevents me from registering. I’ll update my review at a later date once it’s up and running and I have a chance to actually try it out but until then it’s gonna be a 1 of 5 for me.

I I have never had a crypto app ever tell me at least 30 times literally WRONG PASSWORD must contain special characters both upper and lower case … literally not even worded right when it pops up red letters and your trying to enter another and another . Ok then I try with a password generator another half dozen times! All unique upper and lower case letter’s, numbers , special characters . Tried 10,12,16,20 Don’t matter ! Then I notice more blatent misspelled words on SaitaMask when I press forgot password and try an email .. NOPE uninstalled immediately! WHATS GOING ON HERE !? Then I get on here and see person after person talking about it being a scam ?!? Yeah this is absolutel nonsense

This application was released to the public in an inoperable condition. The devs claimed SaitaMask was ready before their Certik audit and that was delaying the this app release. Now, if anyone has followed this, you know well they stalled that, then, with SaitaMask’s release they now claim they are being DDoS attacked and have hired new security specialists to work on it. SaitaMask was never ready for release, the COO himself saying updates every 24-48hrs will solve the issues but SaitaMask still crashes. They are just stalling. SaitaMask is useless garbage and makes this team look bad. Everyone involved should be embarrassed.

Update #5 Login crash resolved. But login time 401 error and app is not usable. Tried to reset password and not successful. In summary app is not still usable. I have never seen such a poor qualify software.

Fourth update: Repetitive Crash crash crash , not usable app. Not sure what’s getting fixed. Just immature software . This is third update now . No drastic changes. Unable to use SaitaMask every time 1. Network error, not usable 2. Repetitive Crash crash, not usable 3. Repetitive Crash crash crash , not usable Let us see how long this goes. My sympathy goes to developers but not a commercial grade app. Old comments It shows Password error and sometimes network connection error. Either way app is unusable and looks like someone developing app for first time. Not a quality software.. Not able to login ! crash ! Crash! Crash ! Now get past the above issues. Email validation takes long time, finally could create wallet and there you go ! Crash ! Crash ! Crash. The comedy never ends ! I’ll stop using it till it stabilizes !

Complete loss of credibility in my book. Literally have not done ONE thing right or fulfilled one hyped expectation. It’s always somebody else’s fault…everybody’s out to get ‘em….Coinbase, cetik, Binance, the market, “Ddos attack”. Strung along since the Vegas event, then wait for the audit one % at a time, then the big countdown….What will be next??? Will we all be going through the same thing with Lilly??
Kids in their parents basements are making apps that work. Banking, finance, insurance, other crypto apps….Nothing Saitama is doing is so new and unheard of to justify this level of dev incompetence.

Delete, clear cache, reboot, redownload and it recrashes when I open it. But I did get registered on 1.6 now it just crashes. Saitaflop much more appropriate name at this point. Need to let a person do a zero star review and I’m a loyal holder bought back in September. Thoroughly not impressed. Update they finally got it working fixed the crashing issue time will tell. App seems clean and seamless wait now for swap features to be enabled and see how it works.

I’ve been patiently waiting for this app since October (Before the Saitama Vegas Launch) I downloaded SaitaMask in pure excitement Christmas Day after tracking the Certik Audit process nearly daily in wait for SaitaMask to go live.

I’ve haven’t been able to use SaitaMask due to not being able to make an account on SaitaMask because of a password issue or glitch of some sort. No matter how many combinations of ways, it will give you a password parameter prompt in red not allowing you to proceed in creating a profile.

I’m a Saitama Holder and I believe in the future and further development of the Saitaverse ( what I call it anyways😅) and this review is in no way to discourage using SaitaMask only to highlight an issue for the developers to look into to fix ASAP.

SaitaMask is brand new, freshly released from the Certik audit just under a month ago, so I understand if there’s possible issues before officially being released. With that said I’m still on standby to finally use SaitaMask.

1.10 update is now working but still not showing my balance. Balance will show if I go to “swap” but will not show if go to “send”. Etherscan shows the tokens are in the wallet and I only sent a small test amount so I’m not worried…just more frustration

1.7 update will not work on iPhone 13….updated iOS, deleted app. Cleared history. Rebooted. Reinstalled….still crashes before it can open. NOW, did the same on my old iPhone 8 and it works….but I ain’t carrying 2 phones around to use one app. Anyone have a solution for this? 1.9 update Now won’t work on either phone. Logs in fully but then crashes…so now I have tokens that I can’t access. Let’s get it together guys, please for the love of god.

Please make this more user friendly. Perhaps show the dollar amount along with Saitama amounts or other tokens you are purchasing. It’s so hard knowing the value of what you’re buying. Please make this more intuitive.

Hello everybody, just wanting to put my two cents out there, this is absolutely the REAL saitama this app!!!!!! It is not allowing you to buy anything or doing much at all because it is just the beta version. It is like a test app. It is getting everything all suited up for real world use. Letting everybody download it before the actual drop. So all these people claiming it to be fake or just trying to get people to not download it. Remember there are people out to destroy the Wolfpack!!! GO WOLFPACK!!!! 🐺🐺🐺

Still need to understand that we are at the beginning of the beginning of the crypto Era…Yes there will be hiccups along the way. This has got to be one of the best projects out there and yes they have overpromise and under deliver it a few times already but what I also understand is that no one else is doing what they are doing. The Wallet that will revolutionize the Crypto space is finally here. Due to DDOS attacks there have been some minor setbacks but the Saitama Team is working Night and Day to get everything optimized and running at full speed. Alot of functions have not been turned on yet , but once everything is good to go it will truly be an All in One Crypto wallet. The Saitama team is transparent and always have been, the SaitamaWolfPack has been patient and we are almost 320k strong. Saitama is only around 7-8 months old , so to be where we are now speaks volumes to where we are headed and one day in the near future we will be a Top 20 Crypto!!! I created an account and when I try to login SaitaMask closed, over and over again, I delete it, I clear the cache , rebooted my phone and installed back and still doing the same problem, please help. Make an update or something to fix this issue, I been waiting for SaitaMask for long time… Thank you

So I Deleted SaitaMask out of my iPhone, I updated my iPhone, updated to this app 1.10. I reinstalled this app, I tried to login and crashes every time, it says error 401, and also says registration is restricted. I tried to delete SaitaMask again and re-register with a new email new password and same thing over and over.

All the bad reviews that are from launch day are complete trash. A new app will have its issues. People rating this based on their inpatients is wrong. Also those that say the lost money can’t blame this app for their paperhands for selling during a crypto crash. You don’t lose if you don’t sell. Saitama will make many rich and this app will be the most used and safe wallet out there.

Can’t wait to start trading and purchasing more using this app. Initial impression is that SaitaMask is far better than other wallets I’ve used previously. It packs tons of great features and even more to come in the near future. Awesome user interface; simple, yet has additional features for more technical users. It was a long road for the team to get here. For a small company and humble group of individuals who have persevered through all the FUD to finally pull this off, my hats off to you! You have made a lifetime subscriber of me and true believer in your project. Great work!!

Currently there isn’t an official announcement so make sure to double check Saitama token website! If the dev replies to this the dev should make sure the official site is updated with a link! I hope it is official but we are in crypto . Tread carefully!
