BlurBuster isn’t the greatest but it’s also not bad at fixing your blurry photos. For some that don’t want to pay for the service, be ready to wait unusually long for the ads to finish. I rather not use BlurBuster then to wait for the ads. There is 2 ads each time and that’s not right. Fix your ads system or you will lose more users.

DID NOT HONOR TRIAL PERIOD AND CHARGED MY ACCOUNT THE SAME DAY

They advertised a 3 day trial and I signed up for it on May 11 , 2024 and cancelled right away after signing up for the trial. They canceled and said the software was available till May 14th. I looked at my bank account the next day and this company charged me $39.9 + tax the exact same day as the trial despite stating I would not be charged till the 14th of May and when I cancelled there was to be NO CHARGE!

Paid almost a year ago for the “pro” version, and was able to use it for what I needed it for a week. Just went to try and use it again, and after downloading the version update, I was unsuccessful at getting BlurBuster to open. It did open once, but I was only allowed the “free” version, and it crashed immediately.
Each time thereafter, either I couldn’t open it at all, or when it did open it crashed immediately. Not happy about having paid for something that doesn’t work.

So I downloaded this and cannot cancel my subscription. I have done exactly what their directions said when I emailed them with this problem a few weeks ago, which was tap on my icon in the top right corner go to my subscriptions and cancel yet when I do that, there is no option to cancel. The only thing I’m able to do is open BlurBuster . I have not even use BlurBuster. Yeah, I’ve been being billed for weeks and weeks!!! Super frustrating!!!

Apparently at one time BlurBuster was free for users willing to watch ads. For those of us who need to use BlurBuster only occasionally, who do not have a good chunk to test BlurBuster as a trial and don’t have the money to risk being locked into an automatic subscription, such subscription-based models are no-gos.

I’m not even going to try it.I need one app to supplement my regular photo editing apps for the times when I need to go through old pictures and do some quick fixes.

The software is okay although it’s got a habit of doing weird things to people’s faces, like lightening their eye color, only enhancing faces, and adding facial hair where there shouldn’t be. In my experience, it does a good job in colorizing black and white prints although the algorithm must be referenced to White people because there’s always a pinkish skin tone. The descratching (or whatever it’s called) function works pretty well if there aren’t too many.

Over the last two weeks, my app doesn’t load. I tried reach out to their tech support. My main issue is, there’s NO way I have found to get technical support. You click on the “Support” link and it simply describes the features. I googled the company and their website h gives you the same circular run-a-round.

Does anyone have a phone number or link that allows a customer to reach a live person?

Mediocre at best. Scratch remover works about as well as a white crayon. If you don’t like the colors they choose for colorization, you can’t opt to “get, try again” you get the purple hands and green walls whether you remember them that way or not. I just don’t remember my grand dad having hands like Barney. Neither of these did what I wanted. I have three different AI photo enhancers because I now have to convert all my moms photos to a digital format. Thousands of pictures, and don’t have the time to redo photos. Take advantage of the free trial and you’ll see for yourself. The juice ain’t worth the squeeze.

I started the 3 day free trial subscription today and tried it on a couple photos. It does a fairly decent job of unblurring photos but I’m not going to use it enough to warrant paying the subscription price so I have already unsubscribed. I notice some comments where people are saying they are having problems unsubscribing. You CANNOT unsubscribe from the settings on BlurBuster , you MUST go to the settings on your phone….if you have an iOS device, go to settings>subscriptions and then click on your subscription and unsubscribe from there. Even with a free trial, you must cancel the subscription yourself at least 1 day before the trial ends or you will automatically be charged for a subscription. Giving BlurBuster 3 stars because I didn’t use it long enough to really rate it and the navigation within BlurBuster is not that great, but it will do what you want it to do.

I used this several times during the trial period and found it acceptable, so I purchased the subscription. It worked pretty well for most things but can distort faces and other objects so you just have to pay attention to that. My biggest issue has been the reliability of BlurBuster itself. I frequently encounter prompts that say “there was an error, try again later” or BlurBuster won’t launch at all. I’ve had to remove BlurBuster from my device several times and reload it. And my device is brand new so it’s not my device or the operating system. So needless to say, a bit frustrating which is why I’m giving it 3 stars.

I like BlurBuster. It’s easy to use, and works. I use the Non Pro version so I have to watch ads, but I don’t have a problem with that. If you want to fix blurry pics, BlurBuster is for you.

I love how it works, and the option of ad instead of not giving you the feature is the best! The enhancer is great, but not always the most accurate, Thank you for taking the time to read my review!

So BlurBuster is good, but you have to pay for it or if you want to get the things for free then you have to watch ads other than that it’s pretty good, except when you try to erase things from Photos, it does not work other than those few things it’s a good app.

It’s good app bc it comes with variations of varieties of how you want your picture. The only dislike I would say is that it wants you to become pro ! This does cost money not change over. Not just this, but also if you want a picture to be fixed for free you have to watch an ad.

Amazing quality, it was easy to use and it works great if you’re trying to enhance a blurry picture of a character or something, I would totally recommend it!

BlurBuster is amazing! Fixes photos easily and you have a paid or free option. You can to watch a little 30 second ad and it’s free! Thank you!

Great app it give you so many opportunities to fix your photos for free. you can also by premium and the only thing you gotta do for the free fix up on your photo is watch like a 30 second advertisement.

I am a photographer, although I have been doing this a while I still get those moments when occasionally you have a blurry shot, this is perfect for helping fix those up

I had blurry pictures and they made them clear only downside was to pay or watch ads but I don’t mind

BlurBuster is amazing ❤️❤️. It gives you the opportunity to customize the enhancement level to look more REALISTIC. So much better compared to these other apps that make you look like a different person or look like you have a heavy filter on or worse an AI character. For example I used to use Remini but it’s terrible bc I make me look 3 skin tone lighter or like I bleached my skin!! Please DONT CHANGE BlurBuster ITS PERFECT THE WAY IT IS! I don’t mind paying just please don’t change it.

This program is easy to use and makes for a much better photo!
