The software is okay although it’s got a habit of doing weird things to people’s faces, like lightening their eye color, only enhancing faces, and adding facial hair where there shouldn’t be. In my experience, it does a good job in colorizing black and white prints although the algorithm must be referenced to White people because there’s always a pinkish skin tone. The descratching (or whatever it’s called) function works pretty well if there aren’t too many.

Over the last two weeks, my app doesn’t load. I tried reach out to their tech support. My main issue is, there’s NO way I have found to get technical support. You click on the “Support” link and it simply describes the features. I googled the company and their website h gives you the same circular run-a-round.

Does anyone have a phone number or link that allows a customer to reach a live person?

Paid almost a year ago for the “pro” version, and was able to use it for what I needed it for a week. Just went to try and use it again, and after downloading the version update, I was unsuccessful at getting the app to open. It did open once, but I was only allowed the “free” version, and it crashed immediately.
Each time thereafter, either I couldn’t open it at all, or when it did open it crashed immediately. Not happy about having paid for something that doesn’t work.

So I downloaded this and cannot cancel my subscription. I have done exactly what their directions said when I emailed them with this problem a few weeks ago, which was tap on my icon in the top right corner go to my subscriptions and cancel yet when I do that, there is no option to cancel. The only thing I’m able to do is open the app. I have not even use this app. Yeah, I’ve been being billed for weeks and weeks!!! Super frustrating!!!
