نفاذ | NAFATH Status

Nafath Face Recognition feature is not working after twenty or thirty attempts only one is successful. It is a waste of time and very painful. I can't login to my account because it takes a lot of time because of the Face Recognition feature. How can I login to my account without Face Recognition feature? or please replace face recognition with fingerprint recognition to save our time. Thanks and Regards, KHAWAJA UMER FAROOQ

Whenever I receive a request, the App doesn't open after inserting my CORRECT password. It keeps crashing so I can't access the request to open a bank account. I thought my password was wrong and I tried a different one which it rejected. So please help me!!

When I send a request from mystc to nafath so I can transfer my numbers ownership under my name it tells me to verify using my face but everytime I try to it just says failed to verify.

nafath app won't verify face. been tryng for almost 2 weeks now. called customer service many times but still my problem is not resolve

For those whose having the face verification problem, here is the solution Go to the absher website check your picture if its not matching with your current face means picture is old then change your picture from jawazat and try again it will work.

Very very very worst app, i never seen like this app , its continuously crashing before capturing finger. 100 times i tried but every time showing this result " An unexpected problem has occurred please try again........" . now i am get tired and irritate. many time i contact to customer care and take help and did what they said ,but still result is same. and now how to open Bank Account , they told open bank account online , So what is the benefit of online..

Worst app ever and worst customer service. I tried to activate Nafath app but after logging in and setting 6 digit pin code it says an unknown error occured and can't go to face scan menu. I called Customer service a few days ago and the guy told us we are working on this, once troubleshot we will send you a message. It's been more than 4 days same problem as I've tried several times. yesterday I called services again and a lady responded that your complaint is already registered. I asked her at least tell me how much more time would it take as I have to open bank account soon but apparently she has no idea. I swear whoever developed this app is the worst programmer ever and they don't care about the valuable time of others.

I have come to India , suddenly find that my bank is asking this authorisation for log in. After doing all installation it is not allowing to log in Nafath . Do not know what to do

Issue face ID not working

Suddenly my bank verification requires sign in and confirmation from Nafath and to download app. I am trying more than 1 dozen times and it does not accept to register face or allow another option. This is the stupidest app installed within the system. I am overseas for a short period and cannot access my funds as a result. This was not needed till just 2 days ago and is a complete mess. Recall I had to literally walk across coals in March to get my car insured. Whoever developed this is incompetent.

I can not find Nafath app on app store from my iPhone. Whenever I search, it comes up with a message that app is not available. Would you please suggest why does this happen?

I have installed Nafath on Samsung and it does not work

After inputting my pin, the app is supposed to open front camera for face detection but the is unable to do so. Meanwhile the request timer expires.
