How to fix QDI app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the QDI app on iPhone
Update QDI app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall QDI iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix QDI on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve QDI network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix QDI not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent QDI app issues:

Force Stop the QDI App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click QDI app. » click "Force Stop".

Update QDI to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear QDI App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "QDI app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch QDI.

Fix QDI unable to contact server/ QDI internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click QDI » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got QDI » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch QDI on android.
