i hate this stupid app it doesnt even work!! i keep trying to scan my face and it doesnt let me into my account, why is that the only option anyway? and why is your facial scanning technology soo terrible! the finger scans are idiotic as well and dont even work

If there was negative star, I would rate this with -100 star! This app can’t scan my face, I have been trying to update and install this app non-stop and still can’t scan this app! Why would you create such app and make the only option if it doesn’t even work! Please help!
