They say my password is not correct but it is correct

It doesn’t work most of the times. It is broken and I see no point of it. Password and SMS is enough for security.

I have no idea how they release such a useless app. Most of the time it doesn’t connect and we keep getting a message that it can’t connect to a network.

i hate this stupid app it doesnt even work!! i keep trying to scan my face and it doesnt let me into my account, why is that the only option anyway? and why is your facial scanning technology soo terrible! the finger scans are idiotic as well and dont even work

It needs to be taken out. Or at least make it optional

Though I was using it previously and it was working fine!

نفاذNAFATH is linked to almost all your important transactions if you are in Saudi, and it’s the only available one. Unbelievable how bad this application is. It’s facial recognition needs to be scratched off ASAP!

1- About a month ago, notifications stopped working.
2- Now, نفاذNAFATH crashes on entry.

This update which was published 2 days ago is not working at all. Our personal needs are being linked with نفاذNAFATH and suddenly not working!

If there was negative star, I would rate this with -100 star! نفاذNAFATH can’t scan my face, I have been trying to update and install نفاذNAFATH non-stop and still can’t scan نفاذNAFATH! Why would you create such app and make the only option if it doesn’t even work! Please help!

نفاذNAFATH should be reliable because it’s essential for government services but نفاذNAFATH crashes at launch which is frustrating.

For a government related App it should be working 24/7 not crashing 24/7 especially if hen most Apps connected with it

I try many times to access but cannot enter despite i did the necessary update , system need an urgent review since using it from people is mandatory.

It’s a good when it works! The recent update causes نفاذNAFATH to crash upon starting. This’s a serious issue as I'm now can’t login to many gov services! I hope you fix this asap.

Crashing all the time

It’s a great app for controlling and doing all my government requests and no need to attend to any office only from here

I uninstalled Nafath app. Now I am unable to login on nafath it also back to login option when I enter iqama number and password.
