No customized workouts? Can’t choose actual exercises just what they generate? No words can describe how disappointed I am. Why pay for an expensive gym just to have to also pay for apple fitness + for features that were free in their other app? And you still can’t truly customize a workout, only customize body part/intensity/time not the actual exercises. I don’t want to do the dumb suggested exercises I like to choose my 4 and do multiple sets. Unbelievably disappointed and considering canceling all together.

It took me a couple of times of using the app to figure out how to even track and start the workout my trainer wrote for me. Then I couldn’t find out how much weight I used the week before without scrolling back in the calendar and reopening the previous workout. That should be easier to find. It also doesn’t track personal bests. I wish I could see the most I’ve ever lifted for a particular lift and total volume.

For more than six months, I have not been able to sign up for the group training classes that are in addition to my membership. I pay extra for these classes. I have reached out to tech-support numerous times and have spent several hours troubleshooting and trying to get this resolved. I shouldn’t have to do that as I am the paying customer. No one seems to know what the issue is. instead of using the app I am forced to reach out to the individual coaches to sign up for classes. There are other members at the gym that are having the same experience.
