I recently moved to the area and previously I had multiple providers who used their version of MyChart so all my health providers could see my info from my other providers-including my dentist. It appears silver cross tries to make their own app and it is truly awful. It doesn’t work great. It’s hard to navigate and as someone near 40 who is used to navigating apps I cannot even imagine others less technologically inclined trying to use this. This app needs a lot of work to be patient friendly.

Password management on this app is horrendous. Doesn’t recognize my ID or password. I reset everything try to log back in and it fails again and so on and so on in an endless loop and no way to reach anyone or open a ticket. If they can’t even get password management right what do you think they’re doing about protecting privacy? And as an aside their websites, no better.

I tried to register my mother for this app who is going through cancer and receiving all her treatments at Silver cross. Since October 15th I have been unsuccessfully in registering her. It keeps denying her enrollment. I’ve called multiple number related to the Sliver cross portal and even the hospital itself! I’ve gotten the run around and no one can help me. Silver cross please do yourself a favor and switch to mychart. This App is dog poo!!!!
