I'd also like to cancel my subscription on my iphone. I followed the instructions but Don't Miss This doesn't even show up on my iphone subscriptions. I can't just delete the account - it says I'll still be billed. Not sure where to go from here!

I purchased 2023 Tipping Points online (I think). The app is glitchy. I don't know if the order was processed. I received no notification. I want to ensure a purchase, either that one or another one. Sure wish I could talk to someone in customer support

I want to see the current lesson listed on the first page, because I can't find it. My sister found that after you go to the front page, you have to pull up all lesson videos or podcasts, and then you have to keep scrolling down until you get to the current lesson. My sister changed the order so sort from last to first, but this does not fix the lesson order. That is too many steps for me. I give up and go to youtube. Also, the chalk board screen shots also start from first lessen first to last. However, or some reason, the newsletter shows correctly I also don't see how to add family members to my account.

I have an account for the "Don't Miss This" app. I would like to cancel my subscription. I have followed the directions for how to cancel but both my ipad and my apple phone say I don't have a subscription so it won't let me cancel. I know I have a subscription because I have been charged for the last two months on my Visa card. How can I cancel this account? thank you for your help! Valynn Melzer
