2 months agoI cannot find any place in the app to cancel my subscription, and frankly I find that pretty offensive. You lock a user into something they are forced to pay for because they can't find a way to unsubscribe. Surely you don't need peoples money for something they aren't using. CONTACT ME so I can get this resolved.

11 months agoI want to cancel my subscription please. It's impossible to use on my tiny phone screen and it's not available for macbook and it's also too difficult to navigate. I have not used it for months and just need to stop paying for it. Thank you.

1 year agoManagine the app and account is not user friendly AT ALL and I'm pretty tech savvy! There is no contact path for trouble shooting. The is no way to manage one's account either to change credit cards for auto pay or to unsubscribe. I am frustrated and this has soured me on thisi app. I like the content and the journal but the app is NOT COOL.

1 year agoI don't use this app like I thought I would and tried to unsubscribe, but the instructions didn't work for my phone. I don't know what to do now. The app is not user friendly at all for me. I just don't like it...at all. Apps should simplify life, not complicate.

1 year agoI didn't want this to auto renew, I have not used the app the way I thought I would. I have not been able to find a way to unsubscribe and have been charged the auto renew. The direction for stopping auto renew on iphone are not correct. No way to contact them is found.

1 year agoHaving difficulty finding a contact number to call. I received an email saying that my cc was declined for renewing my don’t miss this subscription. I need to talk to someone about fixing this as soon as possible. I could not find a contact number in the email I received. Thank you

1 year agoI'm a subscriber to the App. I noticed that I can't get the videos or chalkboard or podcast info after Daniel 1-6. It has not been uploaded with the current lessons after Daniel 6. When will the current videos/chalkboard info be updated? I've paid to have these options available and it is a little frustrating to not have them to view. Thank you.

1 year agoI signed up for Don’t Miss This but my app doesn’t upload anything. Videos are months old. I don’t het my daily thing to study. I signed up and paid but not getting out of it. I have to watch the videos on YouTube. I don’t know how to get this fixed. Any ideas? Can I delete the app and then reinstall it? Super frustrated.

1 year agoHello, I sent an email message to Emily about this, but just in case, I thought I'd ask here as well...I have a subscription to the Don't Miss This App which I paid for on February 14, 2022. But then I forgot I had done that and today (July 18, 2022) I signed up for and paid for another Don't Miss This App. Is there any way I could just have the second subscription amount be used to extend the time on my first app for another year and cancel the 2nd one? Or would a reimbursement be easier? Anyway, if you could please help me with this I would really appreciate it. Thanks, Vicki Hess

don’t download the app unless you’re going to pay for the subscription.
There needs to be more clear instructions in the description of the app. An account Has to be created using the link in the email newsletter. But yet that is not stated in the description of the app. The subscription also cost a monthly or annual subscription fee. Very disappointing that each year something new is created that cost money. So no sense in downloading the app unless you are going to pay a subscription.

Not worth the money
I wanted this to be an easy way to bring all of the Dont Miss This weekly stuff together but I really wish they had just stuck to a weekly newsletter with everything in it. Apps should make life easier - especially if you are paying a premium for the content. This just complicates everything. Don’t waste your money until they figure out how to make it work.

Disappointed!
You can’t access the app at all without a subscription! I can understand maybe limiting some of the features to paying users, but you can’t use it at all without logging in. And you can’t log in unless you sign up for their subscription on their website. I’m feeling disappointed in this whole set up and have uninstalled.
