This app is nearly useless. Very few features, confusing, not user friendly. I’m struggling to figure out what it does to benefit me other than it’s the only way to track my distance other than the little lcd screen. $100/yr?! You have to be joking. There is no way I would pay any money for this. If it were free, it would be 2 stars maybe? This app seems like it was randomly generated by AI to look like a functioning app. Very disappointed and my only option for the Deerrun treadmill? I hope not because this thing is getting returned asap.

Before the update I had no issues with data synching to my Apple health. Since the update it has been nothing but issues and can no longer sync without uninstalling and reinstalling also no have issues with connecting to the same wifi that I had no issues with before. The visual display prior to update was basic and cartoonish but was easy to navigate the updated version is unappealing and cluttered.

Let’s start with the bad business ethics. I recently bought a treadmill that came with a sticker attached to it with a coupon for PitPat. When the coupon was added to the PitPat account, it couldn’t be applied. After going back and forth with the customer service people, they still continue to say this coupon is for when I buy a new treadmill. Even after explaining the coupon came with a treadmill I just bought, they still insist I MUST buy another treadmill in order to use the coupon. If this isn’t bad practices and ethics, I don’t know what is.
And when it comes to customer service, they easily take 2 days or more to answer emails or messages.
