Easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. First I put in an order and it says it’s ready for pickup…the coffee shop I selected was closed permanently. It didn’t even have furniture inside anymore. It took a weeks for me to get my money back also.
My second time I show up to pickup my order at another coffee shop (that CoffeePass let me place an order at) and the young lady working looked at me strange when I said I had an online order. She said that haven’t used CoffeePass in months.
I’m deleting CoffeePass and cutting my losses instead of dealing with another disappointment.
I downloaded CoffeePass because my favorite coffee shop was advertising it. I paid for one month but then about 2 weeks in I decided not to continue the description. Even know I paid for a month after I discontinued my subscription, so they wouldn’t charge me, I lost the rest of the month I paid for. There’s no way to contact anyone for a refund. Horrible app.
Says you get a complimentary cup of coffee with the pass to but you still get charged a tax and service fee? Guess they have a different definition of complimentary.
I frequent a number of coffee shops locally and CoffeePass makes it effortless to jump between them and have an easy to use way to order at each of them. Love the convenience!
When I’m in rush CoffeePass has been super helpful. I like to frequent different specialty coffee shops and CoffeePass allows me to easily navigate and find new memberships. I recommend it for coffee lovers.
this app is great if you like to frequent various specialty coffee show in central FL. Easily switch between them and order ahead. Highly recommend.
