Nothing but problems

Easily one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. First I put in an order and it says it’s ready for pickup…the coffee shop I selected was closed permanently. It didn’t even have furniture inside anymore. It took a weeks for me to get my money back also.
My second time I show up to pickup my order at another coffee shop (that the app let me place an order at) and the young lady working looked at me strange when I said I had an online order. She said that haven’t used this app in months.
I’m deleting this app and cutting my losses instead of dealing with another disappointment.
Horrible memberships

I downloaded this app because my favorite coffee shop was advertising it. I paid for one month but then about 2 weeks in I decided not to continue the description. Even know I paid for a month after I discontinued my subscription, so they wouldn’t charge me, I lost the rest of the month I paid for. There’s no way to contact anyone for a refund. Horrible app.
False advertising

Says you get a complimentary cup of coffee with the pass to but you still get charged a tax and service fee? Guess they have a different definition of complimentary.
