Purchased two air purifiers and followed directions to connect them to my home WiFi network. Units only connected during the initial install and have been “unavailable” since. The network operates at 2.4 GHz and the devices are within 15 feet of a working WiFi extender. No other devices in my home have connection issues. To make matters worse, Electrolux does not provide any means to troubleshoot the issue or reinstall the units on Electrolux .

There’s NO adding a washer or dryer to your app in the United States. I have Electrolux . I even copied your link from a previous complaint where you stated you do and it takes me to your app that does NOT have those appliances listed for the U.S.. UGH

Why is there no option to add a washer and dryer specifically? The thumbnails above show a washer and dryer and in Electrolux I have no option to select a washer or a dryer. Pretty stupid when I buy your products and your app doesn’t list them.

When I go to add an appliance I only have options for an Air Purifier, a robot vacuum, an over or a double oven.

There is no option for ANY laundry appliances or refrigerators.

Option to add supported portable air conditioner is not available, despite the instructions and documentation that came with the AC

Revised - nice recovery this app. But again, please make your app & systems more robust! so this stops repeating.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed by an app from this app. First you guys made us move the management of our Pure i9 robot vac from the Wellbeing app to the one named simply this app. We lost a couple things, but I moved on with life. Now, for the 2nd or 3rd time in the past year, Electrolux has crashed, forgotten my profile, and will not allow either a password reset or a new account to be created (last ditch attempt to get control of my vac). It’s a hard working vac and deserves much better than this. Oh, yeah and so do I, since I bought it. Please get your crap together, this app!

Straightforward and easy to use app to control my air purifier. The onboarding was super simple. Smart tasks could be improved! Maybe location-based smart tasks my be helpful. For example if I leave my condo, I forget to manually turn off the air purifier. How about once it senses that I’m away that it’ll turn off? Just an idea.

Extremely happy with both my A9 air purifier and Electrolux . Super easy to set up and everything is very intuitive. Plus I love the sleek design of the product - fits right in with most decors and homes!
