I made an account and now I’m trying to log in and it says my username and phone number doesn’t exist. This was after me having to put in all my info to include my social security number… all I got was a confirmation email … but again, it’s saying my username and phone number don’t exist

When I initially funded the account with my debit card with $5, $5.50 was taken from my bank account. No mention of the $0.50 charge. Then I’m told the funds will pend for 7 days…. With a debit card transaction? Then they had to verify the card with 2 “‘micro transactions” but they did 7 micro transactions, none of which were recognized by their verification system. Now I have almost $9 in limbo. GameTimeWallet and company are a mess.

The customer service is not responsive. I have been trying to get a commercial account for my business since 6/11/2024. I finally got an answer and it was denied do to some fraud on my account. I never even used the account. Maybe it’s good I got denied because I am hearing a lot of horror stories with this company and app. Hopefully a better company can fill this role because this company is terrible at communication and service. They are also having a lot of hidden charges that you are not gonna find out about until it’s too late. This could be a great product if there were proper people in charge of it.

Easy sign up never got card and account got deleted

GT had me load $5.00 on my account but I can’t use it…. My bank acct was charged they took the money … why am I not allowed to use it?

They stole $600 from me. Then they turned off my ability to contact customer service. When I push the chat icon I get a blank white screen. Worst pay app in GameTimeWallet Store.

Customer service only seems to give you the details that you already know.
Fees on fees for everything, pay for service that you can’t rely on.

Takes money out your account immediately. When they release it can be unbelievably SLOWWW! GameTimeWallet has potential but it definitely has lots of glitches to fix. Customer service isn’t work a d@mn.

Do not trust the platforms that conduct business with GameTime wallet for example sweepstakemobi is bad business GameTime customer service is helpful and decent but the affiliates don’t trust your money it will get lost and disappear and won’t return your inquiries

I’m only putting this because it made me add my card, took the money, won’t let me log in after I put in all my info it’s like the account doesn’t exist I’ve tried to get security codes they do not come to the provided phone number and nothing goes to your email.

This appears to be not user friendly and l keep having to complete the verification process over and over and every time l chat it’s like l keep getting the same scripted answers which is no help what so ever. I have deposited money only to have it pending. At this point l am very frustrated

I have used GameTimeWallet on several occasion via a vendors request. This does NOT allow you immediate access to your funds. It literally takes almost a full day to withdraw to your bank, bank card or using their Zelle function. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this has happened every time I attempted to withdraw!

So for over a month i have been waiting on them to release my pending balance or to refund it back to my card so i can delete this stupid app and they wont do either they keep telling me to look for mirco deposits that never happen or came for verifcation i just want my money out of limbo so i can delete this fraud app

Downloaded GameTimeWallet but it’s been two days now and my account is still not yet approved to send money. Thank goodness I only test deposited $1 or any funds would have been tied up in the Gametime wallet this entire time. By the time this wallet is functional I will have most likely spent my money elsewhere playing so many other games online

Takes too long… I shouldn’t have to wait for hours after the money has been taken out of my bank account for it to land in my gametime wallet

My personal opinion I wouldn’t recommend. I had to contact customer service just to get verified even though it was showing in app that I was verified. Customer service is decent even though I had to scream and repeat myself multiple times. Days later I can’t get signed into my account after requesting information and my little $8 is gone that I had on the account.

Best app for loading and redeeming sweeps or skill games! 10 out of 10 recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy to download / use. No other easy way that I know off
