For two months I have trying to get a lost gift card replaced. Please contact your manager at your Tulsa Oklahoma store,his name is Mike. Mike has been very helpful but we both are frustrated with your response to simply replacing the gift card. Other restaurants indicate that cancellation and replacement of a lost card is not a problem. Mike has verified that the gift card has not been used . Please respond and do the right thing for customer service and really be a damn good tacos. Charles walton
Just DoorDash without the features

Super easy to order, but no where do they tell you that this is just a front end that links to DoorDash. We ordered at 6:40, were told our food would arrive by 7:18, then at 7:10 got an update that it would arrive at 7:40. I called at 8:00 to find out where our food was and the manager told me I needed to contact DoorDash for updates but no where in the app or receipt do they tell you that. So basically you hope your food arrives and if it doesn’t you have zero information about the status or eta for your order.
Can’t tell how many points you have or when you are close to reward

The title says it all. I don’t think I’ve ever had a rewards app that won’t tell you your points/ when you are close to a reward/what your reward will be. Also they claim to send emails to confirm points but I’ve never received one since downloading this app months ago after going to Torchy’s multiple times and scanning while ordering.
Literally Unusable App

So you want some tacos, so you get the torchys app, create an account, start your order, and go to checkout to find out you can’t even use any sort of payment, then go back to make sure you put your card in to find out the payments are gone. You literally cannot order with this app. Garbage 🗑
